Fantastic apartment in the heart of Graz: clean and beautifully furnished, centrally located and superbly equipped, it offers everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Although not needed in our case, it was still remarkable how much is offered in the apartment for children. Absolutely recommended!

We found the apartment extremely pleasant and homely within the walking distance to the strict center of the city. It was spotlessly cleat with all the amenities that we could wish for away from home.

The place was very spacious and it was located very centrally which made it super easy to get to places. We were provided with everything that we needed for our long term stay (1 month). Christoph himself was very responsive and always available if we needed anything. Can definitely recommend this place!

We stayed for a few days in Martin's apartement and it was perfect. The location is near the center with a great public transport connection. In front of the house you have a supermarket and an delicious italian restaurant. the apartement was clean and warm with a lot of space for our family of three

I want to thank Stephanie for her being so responsive and available during our stay. The space is quaint and walking distance to grocery stores, the center, farmers markets, restaurants. … also easy access to public transportation. We highly recommend and would stay again.

We spent 6 wonderfully relaxed and beautiful days here and enjoyed the house with garden to the fullest! The private sauna is a real highlight, as is the cozy window sill from which we liked to watch the sunsets. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing retreat with great surroundings, this is the place to be. We will definitely be back!

my wife wrote a lengthy review :) Our stay in this apartment was perfect. If I were to design an Airbnb apartment, I would make it just like this one. There are so many small details that make your stay more comfortable—things you might forget at home but are thoughtfully provided here. There’s also helpful information about nearby points of interest and emergency services. The apartment itself was in excellent condition—clean and well-maintained. The amazing bed with good pillows gave us a wonderful night’s sleep. The option to check in at any time without disturbing the hosts was a big help, especially since we were a bit delayed on the road. Access to the building was very convenient. We also appreciated the opportunity to sort and recycle waste, which we made use of. The apartment would be very comfortable for families with small children—there are plenty of child-friendly items, books, and toys.

We stayed at the accommodation with children. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The house and surroundings are beautifully maintained. The pool is extra! There is a road nearby, but it is separated from the property by a hedge and a fence, ensuring sufficient privacy. It was very pleasant and clean. Astrid is a great host – warm, attentive and with loving details, such as the fresh eggs from the farm she brought us. The apartment is a little older, but very well maintained, clean and conveniently furnished – we immediately felt comfortable. The proximity to the Loipersdorf Therme was ideal for us, as we were able to arrive relaxed and enjoy the spa visit stress-free without having to leave Vienna early or have to go back late at night. As a small gesture we left a few extra coffee pods – otherwise they would have remained unused with us. In summer we could well imagine staying a little longer and then also using the swimming pond in the village. We will definitely be happy to come back – thank you, dear Astrid!

Wonderful experience. We stayed from 12/30 to 1/3. The house is in a place surrounded by greenery, in tranquility and a short walk from Trakoscan Castle (which can be seen from the garden). Everything is perfectly cared for, nothing is left to chance. We experienced “movie” evenings: fireplace, unique cabin atmosphere, dinners with family and friends, private spa. Only the snow was missing, otherwise really unforgettable moments. Toni and her daughter were always super available, even when we arrived late in the evening. They managed to find us a restaurant for dinner in no time. What can I say… I'd love to come back as soon as possible!

there is a very large green space, but unfortunately the fence in the back is not closed. I would have liked it to be closed to allow my dog ​​to play safely. I also think it would be worth having 2 deck chairs and a table to enjoy all that space. anyway, the rest was superlative.

The Place was clean and looked like the pictures, the check in was easy and the hosts responded quickly. The interior was Very pleasant and their were yoga mats and board games provided. Perfect for short trips. 😊

Love the spacious flat. Beautifully decorated and just right for my wife and three daughters. We loved the space as a jump off point for adventures and really appreciated that there was enough room to chill, relax and feel at home too. Perfect location, big awesome TV (we watched a movie). The host is great, friendly and responsive.

It was a real pleasure to be pleasure to be in the historical centre of Graz. The host is very friendly and always present to solve any problem.

Milena's place leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment is spacious, kitchen, bathroom and living area are very well equipped. Due to the backyard location, it was very quiet even with the proximity to the center. You can easily find a parking space in the vicinity, which can be used for free from 20:00 to 9:00. Sights, good restaurants and nightlife are abundant in Graz. Milena is very likeable and available for information at any time. We felt completely comfortable. Highly recommended!

This apartment was a wonderful place to return to each evening while I was taking a course nearby. I stayed about 2 weeks. Endless hot water and a great bath, a pretty well equipped kitchen for cooking, a bicycle, (no helmet provided), excellent heating and lots of space. A little dark inside being on the ground floor, but this didn’t bother me as I was out for most of the day at course. Close to the Augarten (park) and river, and old city. Lots of little touches that I appreciated: candles, umbrella, shoe horn, and flexible with check out time. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Thankyou for a comfortable and great stay. Highly recommended
