Relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the goat farm in this quiet and comfortable guest house. Amanda & Scott have been raising goats since 2015. You'll have a chance to interact with the goats, maybe try to milk one (time of year depending), and enjoy the quiet life on the farm. This one bedroom guest house apartment is the second floor of a detached garage. It has windows all around, comfortable amenities, and is very close to some of the best wedding venues in the area.

Located in the heart of Santa Rosa Valley, this historic 33 acre working lemon ranch has great views with many activities to enjoy. Premier mountain biking trails are just down the street in Hill Canyon, or a casual bike and hike trails on the ranch. Popular Ventura and LA county beaches are a 20 minute drive. You may also take a drive down South to visit The Regan Library (10 miles), Universal Studios, City Walk, which are approximately 1 hour away.

Our guest suite is on the ground floor of an upgraded, renovated, and well maintained 2 story home originally built in 1968. Amenities include: keyless private entrance , 10'x11' bedroom with queen size bed, private bathroom, private living room with large sectional sofa, YouTubeTV, Wi-Fi, shared laundry facilities (7 day stay and up), shared kitchen, Central Heating and Air Conditioning (Host control: 69-72 F), street parking, and a work desk.

Aspen Hills Getaway

Escape from the city and relax in the country. This self enclosed, two bedroom unit within our home awaits you for your getaway weekend or retreat. While we back acres of nature and open space, we are only ten minutes from downtown Moorpark. The pool is heated by the sun, so only warm in the summer. Ten minutes from train station. NOTE: NO full kitchen; unit has mini fridge, microwave, hot plate and coffee/tea station.

Enjoy this roomy studio set up with everything you need to make your stay great. Whether you’re just passing through or visiting for awhile, this is a perfect place to rest your head. Our studio is nestled in our backyard. While it is attached to our house, it is separate & private. Please expect to hear our kids playing.
