Cute place close to some great cafes and local eats. Also super close to multiple public transport options so easy to get around the city to explore! Would definitely book again.

Mel’s place was a delightful find. Larger than expected with a good layout for a short stay, it was in the perfect location for access to amenities and I had a stress free stay. The house was extremely clean and well provisioned. Mel reached out early, check in was smooth and she left clear and accurate instructions for house use. Will book again.

It was a cosy and quiet apartment, and we had a very comfortable stay. The amenities included everything we needed. I especially loved the espresso machine—it was great to enjoy a nice cup of coffee. The location wasn't too far from the city, so getting around was no problem. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Marina is a good host. Her place is good value for money. Very nice location, close to river and park. Good place to jog ot go for a long walk along the river. Great view from balcony. Few minutes walk to the Highpoint mall. Close to Airport and CBD. Lots of cafes around (10 mins drive). Can easily fit 13 guests. Overall a very good experience. 5 star 🌟.

This was our second stay at Renat’s place. We travelled for a wedding and due to a Cyclone had to arrive earlier than expected. Renat was open to us rearranging our stay dates although we ended up staying with family. Renat is very friendly and responsive. His communication was excellent. Renat offered many helpful suggestions for our stay and was very flexible. The house was clean and comfortable with clear instructions and all the amenities you’d expect and need.

We had a very good time staying at this place. It is very close to public transport and easy access to Melbourne cbd.

Great Location, Easy access to tram (200m) which took us direct to the city, both restaurants and fast food available very close by. House was clean, plenty of essentials for cooking, cleaning and maintaining, nice neighbours felt safe even coming home at 1am which was great Highly recommend this home for family’s and people looking for easy access to the city 😁

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

Very good stay at Ace's place. He has reponsive and the place was quite and comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything regarding our booking was clear and well communicated prior to our arrival. Our early check in was accommodated easily, and we were welcomed and shown around additional accessible facilities in the building. While we didn’t end up using the pool or outdoor area, we would definitely consider coming again at key times such as New Years for the amazing views. The apartment was as described, clean, and comfortable. One bedroom window whistled during a slightly windy evening, however, the sound didn’t last long. In all , we would recommend.

This place is great however it is dark and doesn’t let in much sunshine and no view of anything . The beach is close and lots of dogs . There is also a dog next door that is extremely annoying and barks a lot. However the apartment was immaculate Nice and quiet and close to the shops .

Lovely little apartment with an incredible view and super close to the train station. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and close to lots of amenities (supermarket, shops) and of course just across from the train station making our journey to Avalon Airshow super easy. Gorgeous views of Docklands, especially at sunset and night. Aster was an incredibly attentive host, very quick to message back with any inquiries. 10/10 would stay again.

Simon's apartment was great for our stay. The location is very convenient with easy tram access in and out of the CBD within 15 minutes. Will stay again!
