Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Moonee Valley City

A wonderful 2 bed apartment, with wonderful grounds and everything you need in walking distance. Also beautiful views especially at night. I definitely recommend it.

The instructions to get park were crystal clear which was a relief as we have previously had a problem in this area when staying elsewhere in the complex. Juliet was very responsive as a host. We did have a problem with the lockbox but this was sorted with clear communication. We like the area to stay in with plenty to do. The apartment itself was fine for the money.

This was a great place to stay, everything at a walking distance (restaurants, trams, trains), nice view of the city as well. Shaun is very responsive and all instructions were very clear.

This place was very worth every penny. First off, the keys were very easy to get. The location is also good as there's a nearby bus stop and trams that are accessible by a 7-min walk. Lailah was very responsive as well. Overall, it was a great stay.

A great stay. I've stayed in other places in the complex and this is the best by far. Only 1BR, but there's an open area with a desk and big cupboards. In other places the floorplan is the same area but this space would be a tiny 2nd BR, making it feel claustrophobic. Mary's place feels open and breezy. East facing window and little balcony. I loved being welcomed by the sun in the morning and being bid goodnight by the moon in the evening. Only a tiny bit of leaning out gave me a great view of the city skyline. Other touches: in a small space, it's great having cupboard doors hiding the fridge and washing machine - feels less cluttered. Not a lot of bench space for cooking, but for me that's no biggie. It didn't have a tv; I"m a footy fan and as I was staying for a while, Mary provided one. 6 stars out of 5! Thanks Mary.

Great place for a visit to melbourne! Really near the supermarkets and just walking distance from the train and trams which are directly linked to the city. The 24/7 gym and a heated pool which were really a delight. Melanie was a superb host that accommodated to my needs, highly recommended!

This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

This was an ideal location to access the cultural areas of Melbourne. The unit was clean and tidy and had everything that we required. I loved the close access to Woolworths and some cheap Asian restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to use it again when next in Melbourne.

This place was absolutely perfect, made even better by a host who was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and went out of their way to help. Their hospitality truly enhanced our stay, making it a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

Andrew & Ros were great! Easy to deal with, flexible nice. The apartment was great for us, with family of 5. Close to the beach, parking onsite, close to the city, pool onsite. Would definitely book this place again!

Absolutely loved our stay here! After being let down by our first accommodation in Melbourne, the team were extremely helpful and got us sorted for our remaining 5 nights at very short noticed. Responses were extremely quick and informative, and the space was gorgeous! Clean and cosy, I would definitely recommend.

We had a great time at Paradise in Melbourne. The location was fantastic - it's a couple minutes walk to the Yarra River, and a lovely walk from there to the Arts Centre, the NGV, Flinders Street Station, St Pauls, etc. The apartment complex is really nice - a lowrise complex with a large and beautiful landscaped courtyard with a fantastic swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court and gym (the gym overlooks the pool and hot tub, which would be handy for parents wanting to work out and keep an eye on kids in the pool at the same time). I also really liked that access to the apartment is from a really quiet no-through road. I appreciated being able to work out the address and check in without the hassle of trying to find a park and/or being surrounded by heavy traffic. In the carpark, the parking spot itself was easy to manoeuvre in and out of, which (for me) is a genuine plus.

Nicola was a lovely host, very responsive and accomodative to our needs. She provided a very clear list of things that needed to be done and recommendations for this around based on our reason for stay. Allowed us to have felixble check-in and check-out which was very much appreciated. The house was lovely, good for larger groups very spacious but still homey. Kitchen was prestine and outdoor area was enjoyable to the sunshine.

We loved this location. Very accessible and walkable to Smith St, where there were lots of cafe options. Beautiful home and facilities. Would recommend!

Great location, harbour right at your doorstep. Spacious home, perfect for our large group. Short free tram to the city, harbour is very nice and quiet. Great to have a large home close to the city and yet very quiet location. DFO and Woolworth just across the road. Tram stop is just 3 mins away.

Clean, spacious and well equipped home. Beautiful view, quiet area and peaceful garden. Host was super responsive and flexible with check in and check out times. Had all the amenities you could need!

We had a fantastic 2 week stay at this awesome house. Plenty of space for all 6 of us. Very comfortable. Great outdoor space. Great kitchen with everything you need. Walking distance to central Melbourne and right next door to great coffee shops and restaurants in Lygon street. We were all very sad to leave.
