We stayed for just one night but would definitely recommend it to people who visit Milan and want to explore the city. The location is central and you could actually walk to the main shopping street and the Duomo but we were a bit lazy as usual and took the car. Parking in Milan is surprisingly affordable. Even though the place is not very big we stayed with a total of 4 people and were very comfortable. It was very clean and you have everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet, and looked like a newer business district which is still developing. There is loads of restaurants and bars, as well as supermarket near by in walking distance.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in the department. It was a nice, cozy and quiet retreat from the busy city. The location is very close to several tram and metro stations. Everything in Milan is quite accessible. There are many good restaurants, shops, and grocery stores in the neighborhood. The apartment is in walking distance from the Milano Centrale (12min) station. Gaia and Pietro were very responsive and friendly. We would definitely come back next time!

The little home was private, peaceful, and with a fantastic terrace/view that we made the most of every day of our stay. Exceptional host, exceptional place! We loved our stay in Wild Field Lodge and, as hosts ourselves, greatly appreciated the thoughtful amenities available throughout the property. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids under 5, and so it’s tricky to find accommodations that are actually relaxing, let alone loaded with toys and kid entertainment. We (a family with a young daughter) stayed four nights at Sebastiano’s place and had a wonderful time. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, very spacious (even larger than expected from the photos), and the balcony and terrace offer stunning views of Lake Lugano. Gandria is a charming, picturesque village with a few nice places to eat. The bus and boat stations are just a short walk away, and there are lovely paths for hiking and strolling. We don’t have a car and got around entirely with public transport — it takes a little planning but works very well. Sebastiano was a great host — very easy to communicate with and proactive, which made everything smooth and stress-free.
