Monthly Rentals in Montrose, Houston

I stayed one week here. Such a great place. Good location, easy to go everywhere. Very silent, I slept well. Clean enough. They literally prepared everything in the house. And the host is very friendly and helpful. They always gave immediate reply.

Very nice apartment, well decorated, located in one of the nicest streets of Montrose. Very good and easy communication with the hosts. During your stay, you must visit Rudyard’s (best pub in Houston) and grab some falafels at Al Quick.

This was our second stay at Renee and Morgan-Sean's guesthouse, and it was just as great as the first. The place is comfortable, quiet, and in a great location that makes it easy to get around. We slept well every night and appreciated how clean and thoughtfully set up everything was. Renee and Morgan-Sean are easy to communicate with and very welcoming. It’s always nice staying somewhere that feels so easy and low-stress. We’ll definitely be booking again the next time we’re in town. Thanks again for everything!

I really loved how central the location was. I could easily get to Midtown and surrounding neighborhoods in under 15–20 minutes. The studio itself was super cute and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was lovely, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, even recommending nearby stores when I needed something. Everything was seamless from start to finish. I’d definitely consider staying here again!
