Monthly Rentals in Montrose Beach

This is a charming and very comfortable unit. All the amenities are thoughtful and more generous than most other AirBNBs that I’ve stayed. We found the location very convenient to family and Northwestern U, and even getting downtown. The unit was spotless, clean and organized. And exceeded our expectations. Being able to park in the garage was a huge benefit for us. We had a busy schedule with leaving in the morning and not getting back until later evening. It was so nice not to have to search for street parking and not have that worry. We very much enjoyed our stay. This will be our “place” when we return. Elizabeth

Very comfy apartment in a great neighborhood. We were in town for a baseball game and it’s a terrific place for that, just about a 20-minute walk to Wrigley Field. The only thing to be concerned about is the stairs: there are two flights to get into the apartment and they’re fairly steep and small, so if you have mobility issues that would be a concern. I don’t and had no problem. Karen is a lovely host and was very helpful when I was getting into the place and unloading my stuff from my car. There are tons of restaurants and coffee shops in the area, so it’s a great place to explore and hang out.

Great place for what we needed! Stayed there for a wedding in the area. I used to live in Uptown and loved coming back to see all that is new there! Jackson was very quick to respond to any questions and the instructions for checking in and checking out were extremely clear. Great location and place for a short stay whether traveling for business or recreation. Would absolutely stay again!

My daughter and I loved our stay. It was the perfect location for our needs and everything we needed was walking distance. It’s was close to the brown line that we took it whenever we wanted to explore beyond the neighborhood. The place was clean and had everything we needed.
