Vrijstaand huis met grote omheinde weelderige tuin met veel privacy en fijne zithoekjes. Geniet van het prachtige uitzicht over het meer en de omliggende beboste heuvels. Vanuit het huisje wandel je zo langs het meer voor een frisse duik. Voor de boodschappen is de dichtstbijzijnde stad 13 km. Dit sfeervolle huis staat in een klein gehuchtje aan het ‘Lac de Pannecière’ in het prachtige Regionaal Natuurpark Morvan in hartje Bourgogne. Het is er stil, groen en heeft de mooiste sterrenhemels.

Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Saperlipopette Maisonette

This simple but cozy gîte is in the heart of the Morvan, where you are surrounded by nature. From the garden you can look out over the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.) there is a bakery where you can get delicious fresh bread and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddleboard. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge themselves with the many routes in the immediate vicinity.

Lovely little bungalow accommodating up to 5 guests with covered terrace, in a 3500m2 meadow. Ubiquitous nature, without pollution. Calm and rest assured. Breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys and forests. Dog and cat allowed (provide lanyard or leash to tie your pet for a peaceful cohabitation with our animals).

Various sports and cultural activities are available to you in the area: hiking, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, visits to places like Vézelay, Bibracte, further on the Château de Guédelon...

In a quiet hamlet, nice little house for 3 people, typically Nivernaise ideal for resting, with hiking and biking, as well as fishing on site. Close to the Nivernais Canal, the 16-lock route, the Baye and Vaux ponds, with water activities and swimming. Close to Morvan Natural Park, visit to Vezelay, Bibracte, Guedelon... Bakery 1 km away, other shops in Corbigny 14 km away.
