The accommodation is impeccable, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped for optimal comfort. The spa is a real plus: a moment of absolute relaxation in a soothing setting, ideal for recharging your batteries. The general atmosphere of the place invites relaxation and well-being. A huge thank you to Céline for her hospitality and small touches. I would recommend it without second thought and would be happy to come back!

You can go there with your eyes closed. The setting is superb, a warm welcome, a trailer with everything you need, it was a stopover night for us but we could have stayed several nights without worries!

A great relaxing stay, the accommodation is very very beautiful and clean... David is adorable! We recommend the aperitif board and breakfast! If we have the opportunity to come back to the area we'll be happy to go back!

We had a wonderful family weekend getaway. The house (old farmhouse totally renovated) is very spacious, very well equipped and tastefully decorated, absolutely nothing is missing. The exterior is huge, very well maintained with a completely unobstructed view. The kids were excited to run, to do al fresco activities. The pond at the bottom of the garden allowed us to discover the joys of fishing. Great experience for young and old! Not to mention the relaxation area with indoor pool, jacuzzi and Sauna. In short, enough to relax and rest. Thanks again to Claudette and Jean Claude for having us in their house. They are very friendly hosts, available and very accommodating. This stay was PERFECT! We'll be happy to go back.

awesome stay in a historic town. the property and experience couldnt be nicer. the pool was excellent and it feels wonderful to wake up and pick herbs for your morning eggs. highly recommend

Sublime accommodation, faithful to the description, full of small touches, cakes, bottle of sparkling Saumurois, on order a very nice cheese /charcuterie aperitif board, breakfast included with a homemade yogurt, brioche, fruit juice, jams... Close to the castle, private parking space...Go there with your eyes closed, it's sublime ❤️

Sylvie and her family and the puppy, made us feel like friends. The garden was very secure for our dog, lots of lovely places to sit. A good walk for us could be found four minutes walk up the (quiet) road where there was a cycle path that took us into the town with its many amenities, including a lovely little bar and restaurant. Would certainly visit again. Sylvie was specially helpful with any request we made and even telephoned her vet to arrange the necessary paperwork for travelling back to UK with a dog. SO kind, .

We had a lovely stay at Guylaine's. The house was clean, consistent with the photos and Guylaine is a welcoming and responsive host, we'll be happy to come back if the opportunity arises!

4 days as a family in this wonderful gite in the red house. The accommodation is very spacious and has a lot of character (classified house), ideally located for walking around Chinon and shining in the area. There are all the necessary amenities, the bedding is comfortable and the apartment tastefully decorated. We had a lovely week at Valerie's place! It is conveniently located in the historic heart of Chinon, and in a beautiful area. The accommodation is very spacious, it was a pleasant surprise when we arrived, and it has all the necessary equipment, especially for toddlers (crib, turbulette, changing mat, baby dishes...). It feels like home very quickly! We will not hesitate to come back to discover everything we did not have the time to visit in a week:). Valerie, thank you!

Our family of 7 enjoyed Anne's chateau so much. It's updated to have every modern comfort but offers loads of opportunities to feel immersed in the past. Anne is a gracious and helpful host, offering welcome gifts and local recommendations. Their family has owned the chateau for three hundred years and have taken great care with it. We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience.

We had a great time for our family reunion. The house is welcoming summer and winter, it was very nice so we were in the square courtyard all grass. The house is full of surprises in terms of decoration and charm. A huge fireplace in one of the lounges is also perfect for winter evenings! And the children's playroom is great, especially the big costume closet and board game closet! Everything was perfect, we'll be back. Veronique

Marie and Bruno left me their house while they were away, I thank them for their trust. I didn't miss anything, the house is perfectly equipped! The little extra: the fireplace, with the stock of logs ready to be burned, it was nice to spend the evening by the fire. The house is quiet, spacious, and very clean. Marie and Bruno are great hosts, I would recommend this place without hesitation 😊

Michel was attentive while being of absolute discretion. The accommodation is very comfortable, perfectly equipped, as if you are at home. The garden is beautiful and highly refined.

Our stay went perfectly well. Our 11-year-old kids (and ourselves) loved the place, especially the outdoor structures with a very large pool in which they crazily had fun. The place is very friendly, our hosts were very nice and hospitable. Beautiful environment, the village is very friendly, for lovers of tranquility and authenticity. We had the most wonderful stay at Flavian and Nancy’s home. They made us feel very welcome and at ease. The house is beautiful and modern with some great quirky features. It is well equip with everything you could need for your stay. The pool was clean and warm and very safe for children. The area was peaceful and had many great local shops and a big supermarket near by. The garden was private and spacious. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to holiday in this year.
