Settle down in front of the quirky, bike-mounted TV for a movie night at an eclectic abode steps from cozy coffee houses and bakeries. Upcycled furniture, exposed air ducts, and a patchwork timber kitchen wall create an unusual interior. Best suited for adults The apartment is fully stocked with all bed linens and pillows, for all of the sleeping surfaces. There are extra pillows, blankets and sheets in the baskets in each room, if needed. I keep all of my cleaning products in closet in the living room, and guests are welcome to use these if they need/want to. I value our guest's privacy, but will be available if needed. The apartment is in the heart of Downtown Black Mountain on Cherry Street, and just three blocks to Lake Tomahawk. This quaint historical town boasts easy access to hiking, mountain biking, golfing, shopping, breweries and sightseeing. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Uber is available. Asheville City bus line also available. This space is located above the owner's shop, so if anything is needed by our guests, we are available.

Cabin in the Clouds

Cabin in the Clouds is a beautiful, one bedroom vacation home in a secluded, private community that's very quiet and has been renovated in 2023. The bathroom was completely remodeled, new living room furniture, new marble top dining room table, refurbished bedroom and new floors. There's a beautiful view from our porch that has deck furniture and propane grill. Inside is an open layout with open beam ceiling and pine paneling. Black Mountain is a quaint vacation town, you will love this place.

Black Mountain is a special place, and we are located in a secluded area on the east side of town nestled in the surrounding hills, 2.2mi to the heart of downtown Black Mountain, 3mi to Montreat, 2.7mi to Lake Tomahawk, and ~23min drive to Downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway. There is an abundance of nature surrounding us, with tall trees, occasional wildlife including black bears!

This charming little cabin is part of a hunting & fishing lodge that was built in 1926. Located on a creek, it is fully renovated and modernized inside. It features a queen bed, a tub, a comfy living room with sofa bed, vaulted ceiling, and a full kitchen. Sliding glass doors in the main room open to a private deck with a porch swing overlooking the creek. The deck is a great place to sip coffee! Cabin is part of a retreat center on 2 acres. Quiet, smoke-free environment. No tv, has wifi.
