Vacation rentals with a kayak in Montreal

Maz's place is beautiful, newly renovated studio on the second floor of a classic Montréal brownstone-style building. There is an extremely comfortable bed, a table with two chairs, and a well-appointed bathroom with a wonderful shower. Maz even provides a combination washer-dryer, which was much appreciated by us after nearly 2 weeks on the road. Our complaints are very minor. The shower is set for VERY tall people and as two short people (5'3" and 5'5") it was difficult to adjust. Due to ongoing construction on the property, we were unable to get into the building from the parking lot - but the parking is well worth the extra fee you pay. As a disabled person, I wish I'd known the apartment would be on the second floor - but I know to request first floor accommodations next time we book. Yes, we will absolutely book with Maz should we return to this beautiful city.

It was a lovely stay. Very peaceful. A must visit place to rewind and get some time off from the city clutter, especially during summers.

Nabil is a great host. Flexible with the check in process and gave clear instructions to make the process easier. Provided some valuable suggestions to visit places in Quebec and it paid off very well. Super friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful place in winter, can only imagine how nice it would be in Spring and Summer. Its a huge “basement” but with the fully open side and outdoor access (right one the river) means lots of natural light and feels more like a ground floor apartment.

Very nice place as a base for activities in the area. We had a wedding in Mouton Village with family and this AirBnB allowed us to stay close and be able to prepare without hassle. Beautiful rental on the shore of the Richelieu. Thanks Julie and François!

A great welcome package awaited us: delicious loaf of bread. Very modern feel to the house down to the radiant heat floors and open space shower in the bathroom. Plenty of sleeping options too. Very quiet safe neighborhood, we walked our dog around the park many times. We will be back!
