A home from home, the Bastide is filled with an eclectic mix of personal and functional items that immediately allow you to relax. Beautiful and quiet surroundings. The host could not have been more communicative, instructive and friendly. She is relaxed and informative, very welcoming but not at all intrusive. We appreciated all the small touches during our stay and would highly recommend it to others.

We had a great week at Olivier's cottage - the place is beautiful, peaceful and very well-equipped. It matches the photos and description perfectly. Olivier was very responsive and his information was very clear and helpful. I teleworked and the wifi connection is impeccable. Lots of places to visit nearby such as Puy l'Evêque, Cahors, Pech Merle Cave, Rocamadour, the Gouffre de Padirac and many more! Walks in the vineyards are very pleasant as is the Jacuzzi at the end of the day with a view of the forest :) We can only recommend this cottage and thank Olivier and Fabienne for the perfect provision of their accommodation. Wow Natasha went above and beyond to cater to our needs. We had total privacy, such a lovely couple who hosted. I think Ive had the most peaceful holiday of my life. The pictures are spot on, and obviously you can’t capture how unbelievably peaceful it really is here. We were even given chocolates when we left…. They were yummy . We will definitely return ❤️

A wonderful stay, very nice domain with lots of animation, cozy gites, a host who leaves you in freedom but also very accessible and approachable with golden tips but also always interested in how things are really going. we would really recommend it to anyone both families with young children and older children. It is a beautiful area to explore and Anne Sophie, her husband Pascale and daughter Lily are incredibly attentive and sweet. Fantastic to be there!

A dream stay in a heavenly environment! Charming house with all modern comforts, a very large garden, out of sight with a beautiful pool. A pleasant village (Limogne) 5 minutes away for shopping and a great starting point for all walks and visits all around. Very beautiful area, peaceful and rich in discoveries. Excellent communication with Birdie the owner. We highly recommend it!

We had a lovely weekend in Cahors at Caroline's place! The listing is as described and is very well placed in Cahors. We found a free parking space near the property. Recommended 😊

Our family of 6 and our dog stayed at Le Fournet Bas for one week. The place looks even better in real life than it did in the photos - rustic charm with modern facilities. The bedrooms worked really well — boys in the twin, girls in the double and we had the “old bread oven” annex. The saltwater pool was delightful, clean and well-maintained. The barbecue area was excellent and well-used throughout our week. We would recommend renting electric bikes from the nearby FatVelo - a great way to spend a morning/day. Also Chateau de Bonaguil is very close and well worth a visit. Nearby St-Martin-le-Redon is a beautiful little village, and Puy L’Évêque is also well worth a visit. Christine and Gérard were very welcoming and helpful and resolved any little questions quickly and without any fuss. All-in-all, a fantastic place to spend a relaxing week.

Beautiful, well-furnished house, absolutely quiet location on the outskirts of Albi. We felt comfortable and appreciated the large, beautiful kitchen and the comfortable leather sofas. Large garden, ideal for our dogs, a good address!

Beautiful quiet house with a large garden very well maintained with many trees of different species. Large, spacious and equipped kitchen, good bedding, convenient bathroom with a closet to put your things down. we have breakfast and dinner outside it was very nice. House as described and shown in photos. Tastefully decorated, with everything you need. Very peaceful with hammocks and pool. Hélène and her husband are very charming and available hosts.

We had a really nice week in Laguepie. House is exactly as described in advertisement and is quiet. We loved the starry sky from the balcony. Nikki received us very warmly and was also interested and helpful during the week, for example with good addresses to eat. And left us our privacy at the same time. It was very hot for a number of days, but thanks to a good, noiseless fan, we got the house cool anyway. The swimming pool was of course a big plus. There are many charming villages to check out nearby, some really exceptional, like Najac. Also nice restaurants in the area. Laguepie itself is a nice village, with (guarded) swimming facilities by the river, banks to sit or lie down and bars to eat or drink, cozy atmosphere (at least in August). Also supermarket and restaurants, tourist office. If you want to walk it is 35 minutes, back with a steep rise (35 minutes).

The accommodation is perfect, superbly maintained, clean with all the essentials for a great stay. The pool just for you is a real plus... The place is ideal for having a really good time. Finally, Liz is welcoming and always available. I would highly recommend it.

We had a great time at the cottage. There was nothing missing, everything is thought out for comfort and easy stay. Stephanie is the perfect host! Smiling, welcoming and available. We recommend it without problem, the view, the environment promises a perfect change of scenery...

Annie and Thierry were incredibly hospitable and welcoming, even inviting us to their home for drinks and snacks, which was a lovely gesture. The property itself is stunning, with beautifully maintained gardens that are truly picturesque. We stayed for about a month with our three dogs and appreciated the opportunity to travel with them. However, we did experience some challenges with security. Despite being assured that the garden was fully secure and private, we found that it wasn’t suitable for our dogs to roam freely. The shared garden, where the owners also reside, was frequented by their grandchildren and free-range chickens, which made us uncomfortable. To ensure our dogs’ safety, we had to buy and install a temporary fence, which wasn’t ideal and meant they only had a small area to play. Galgan is a peaceful and charming location, perfect for exploring the surrounding villages. While we enjoyed our stay, we would likely choose differently if traveling with pets again.

Beatrice and Benedict were amazing hosts, very sweet and helpful throughout the whole trip. We loved chatting with them and playing with their dogs. The home is beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice, such a peaceful and relaxing place to be, the sunsets were incredible. It is very well situated with quaint 20-60 minute drives to different towns/cities like Cordes-sue-ciel, Albi, Gaillac, and Toulouse. If you have a rental car, take the time to drive around and see the sights!
