Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

The house is located on the edge of Sèvre Nantaise at the foot of the castle of Tiffauges. We rent out part of our house that we have made independent. The accommodation includes an entrance hall, veranda, studio (with bed, sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom), laundry, pleasant garden 20 m from the house: between shade and river! Many walks await you whether you like hiking, running, trail or mountain biking.
