We had a lovely stay with friends and our children. Christophe greeted us and we toured the property together. Listing exactly matches the photos and description. 30 minutes from the zoo, we were able to enjoy the pool and the children were delighted! The house is in a peaceful and very well maintained place. Christophe was available when needed but everything necessary was already in place for a pleasant stay! I highly recommend it!

We loved staying at Aulde’s place, the house was easy to live in, the garden was just wonderful with lots of equipment (table tennis, slackline, toys for all ages) and the heated swimming pool and the barbecue of course. Aulde was a very responsive, helpful and nice host, she made our check-out and check-out smooth and straightforward. Location-wise, I highly recommend this place as it is perfect to visit castles from the Loire Valley (Chambord, Chenonceau, Chaumont, etc.) as well as historical towns (Blois), you find really good restaurants and Loire wine shops in the area, finally all shops you need are nearby. We all spent great holidays there and would definitely go again, so I can’t recommend it enough. 😊

Very nice accommodation, well equipped with a nice heated pool. Communication with Philippe is fast and efficient. I recommend it.

We were immersed in the Harry Potter atmosphere. Exchanges with Adeline are easy and fluid. The place is cozy, well decorated, there are plenty of ingredients for cooking (a first for all of us), the outside is sufficiently well arranged. The location of the house is quiet despite the fact that it is by the road.

Anne’s gite is beautiful. Un petit Trianon ! Every room has lovely furniture and decoration. Very well equipped. Loads of space. And the beds were marvellous - ironed white bed linen. Thank you Anne.

we stayed in this large family home with our triathlon club for a competition in Vendôme. The house is perfect for a large group or a large family. The rooms are very good, and the host is very welcoming and available. We'll be happy to go back!

Excellent stay in this spacious, very well-equipped and very clean accommodation. The city center is a 2-minute walk away, and the floor with air conditioning and large game room offers a perfect setup for families with children. Our host welcomed us with very clear instructions and was always responsive to us.

Very charming and peaceful setting, tastefully decorated house, and very well-equipped. Olivier was welcoming, very responsive and available while remaining very discreet (the owners live on the other side of the house). We were even able to stay a little longer on the last day. The village of Lavardin less than 5 min drive is very cute (for shops you have to go to Montoire though) We strongly recommend

The house is very beautiful, located in a quiet area of Vendôme, the yard is very large, ideal with children and convenient for parking. Tastefully renovated and very well-equipped house. Everything was very clean.

Perfect location for a peaceful weekend, the garden and rose garden allow you to enjoy the sun and calm. Despite the size of the village, it remains lively, the accommodation being located next to a school and an inn, you will meet locals and travelers. There is a bakery down the street as well as restaurants and shops in nearby villages. Perfect for people who like to walk, with long hiking trails, the green island 10 minutes away and a large lake less than 1.5 hours' walk away, for people who want to visit the castles of the Loire but also for a few days of remote work in the countryside. The house was very comfortable, clean, bright and large. Linens are provided by the host. Note, however, the rather low beams on the ceiling of the stairs, especially those leading to the upstairs bedroom, as well as the need to cross the master bedroom to access the bathroom and the rose garden.

Very good stay. Pascal is very welcoming and helpful. The cottage is very good, very clean. The garden is very beautiful. Villiers-sur-Loir is on the Loir Valley bike route. We were able to have great bike rides. We had a shelter to put our bikes...another service from Pascal.

It was wonderful to stay in a home connected to the history of the Loire area and its architecture. We loved the elegant, tall windows, the high ceilings, the wide hallways, the fire places, the lovely lounge and dining rooms, the views of the climbing roses from the bedrooms along the back side of the house, the spacious, main bedroom and the large garden with it comfortable furniture. We ate outside and enjoyed the garden. The kitchen is pretty but a little narrow for a couple of people to work in there at the same time. It is well equiped, with everything you need to prepare meals. The main bathroom is spacious. The second bathroom is bath only with shower attachment in the bath. It was fine for us. The house is decorated with soft, pastel wall paper and is quite sparse in its decoration which I loved because I could enjoy the structures of the home without them being hidden by too much decoration. We loved our stay and would stay again. Carol also kindly looked after us.

We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. The beds were comfortable the house was superb. It had a beautiful energy about the place and was relaxing. The chickens kept us entertained outside. And we enjoyed walks around exploring the gardens. ALS the blackberries were in season and simply delicious 👌 we enjoyed our final night sitting in front of the fireplace sipping a glass of red wine.. highly recommend

great place, the apartment was superb, the decor, the cleanliness, everything! the small outdoor area with jacuzzi, in the sun but which offers shade at the top, for everything to be perfect, a small freezer space in the fridge would have been a plus in this hot weather but otherwise no complaints, very welcoming and discreet host at the same time, really recommended!
