A beautiful apartment in a super location just a couple of minutes walk to the old town. Iacopo and Loredana were on hand check us in and were super responsive and helpful in giving local recommendations. The flat was super - recently renovated with lots of great touches (charging cables, really strong aircon, coffee and biscuits) and the spa bath was obviously a highlight too! Would definitely come here again when back in Genoa

Wow! What an amazing experience! Mario greeted us personally, walked us through the apartment, and showed us how everything worked. He even left us some goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch—especially after a long day of travel when we were so hungry. Waking up to the fresh ocean breeze on our faces and the sound of crashing waves was absolutely magical. The photos matched the listing perfectly, and the place was spotless! We cooked a lot during our stay and found the kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. Mario is a truly wonderful host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. It's such a comfort when traveling to know you're in good hands.He even called a taxi for our early checkout, which was a big help. Highly recommend staying here—Mario really knows how to make you feel at home in his beautiful Airbnb.

We have really enjoyed staying with Mattia. Peaceful location in a green area, full of fresh air. Even though we arrived late, he helped us with all the instructions for the entrance and welcomed us. Spotlessly clean apartment and comfortable beds. I was taken aback by the breathtaking views from the windows in the morning. He was attentive and made sure everything was in order for our arrival. Thank you very much for everything :)

The highlight of the accommodation is the enchanting view it offers, unique as few in the area. The studio apartment has a kitchen in excellent condition and equipped with the necessary, microwave, Lavazza coffee machine with pods, comfortable sofa bed, and TV with services. Very clean with a good level of general comfort. Please note, however, that the reserved parking space is located at the level of the SS Aurelia. The apartment, on the other hand, is subject to several tens of meters of elevation difference. You have to consider that there will be a good number of steps to face. The descent by car is possible, but the road, due to its size and winding nature, requires special attention and skill. Giancarlo is an affable, understanding, and helpful person, like few of the hosts I've met so far. It will make you feel at home and pampered. I'll definitely be back soon!

We've just enjoyed several days in Marina's house. I believe it is the most well appointed property we have stayed in. A thoughtful host who more than anticipated any needs a person might have. The kitchen was well equipped and a pleasure to to work in. The terrace was expansive with a great view of one of the neighborhood's many quaint little beaches. We slept comfortably on high quality mattresses. All in all a fabulous experience. We were greeted by a very pleasant man, Fredrico. He immediately made us welcome and was very knowledgeable about all the needs a guest might have. I would not hesitate to recommend Marina's home and will stay there whenever I am in back in Genova.

We had a trusting, loving welcome. The house is carefully restored and furnished with a lot of love and feeling in details. Welcome snacks, drinks and food for the first few days were available. Everything was just been thought of! The place is lovely, very quiet and the residents are very nice. The place is recommended to spend relaxed and restful days. We were in the area for an MTB event and were able to store our bikes safely. Best place we've ever stayed!
