The pond gîte

Close to the Pal and in a spa town, come and discover this bungalow located in the heart of nature and quiet. After spending a day visiting the area, you can relax on the terrace facing the pond. The fully refurbished bungalow has two bedrooms + a sofa bed. Kitchen is Fully stocked. Many walks can be taken from the bungalow. Sheets not provided or for rent €10 per pair. The old house located in the countryside has been completely renovated. It can accommodate a group of up to 12 people. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen open to a dining room and then a living room. A bedroom and bathroom are on the same floor. Upstairs are 4 other bedrooms as well as two bathrooms and a toilet. A large terrace and a large garden accompany this house.

At the crossroads of Santenay, Hautes-Côtes de Beaune and the Maranges Valley, this charming 17th century winegrower's residence will comfortably accommodate 4 adults. Located amid vineyards, you will enjoy its calm, its authenticity, its pool, its gardens and its magnificent view. The safety of our facilities does not allow us to accept children under the age of 12 on the property.
