Great place in the city center, cozy apartment, close to everything

Pleasant stay in this small, very well-equipped studio, 10 minutes from the futuroscope! The Residence is very quiet and easy to access. the children were delighted with the little attention. We would highly recommend this charming little studio.

Marie's apartment is a true haven of peace with an amazing decorative touch!! A real favorite for his apartment and the excellent communication during our weekend.

Very friendly welcome from the hosts. Pleasant weekend, beds for 6 people, large bathroom and kitchen, living room as well. Pleasant when there are several of us. Close to the Futuroscope, in the heart of the city center with plenty of restaurants, within walking distance. Free parking in front of the apartment.

We spent a few days in this very nice house. The amenities are very complete, the bedding is very nice and the location of the house is perfect! We are very happy to have discovered this place, we would highly recommend it 🤗

Very good hospitality from Laurent and his mom. They were able to answer our questions and expectations. Gite meets our expectations, both for humans and for our four-legged companion because of the large fully fenced space. Quiet and refreshing location. Stay too short and not at the right time to enjoy the pool( pity for us). Let's think hard to go back to enjoy it and see our hosts again in order to share a drink of friendship.

What a great place to stay with friends and family. Plenty of space, and really well equipped. Even more space than we expected from the listing, with loads of room for dining and sitting and relaxing. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Highly recommended!

The perfect picture: an oasis of calm in a beautiful decor. Enjoyed a midweek along the river that brought the necessary cooling during days with +35°C!!

Marie and Roger's accommodation is impeccably clean and extremely nice, very well renovated and perfectly furnished. The place is quiet and very nice, the terrace and garden are perfect. The rain didn't allow us to use them fully, but when we arrived, we were able to enjoy the place a little. Precisely because the weather was average, we were able to enjoy the accommodation for which there is nothing to complain about, except that we are sure to come back! We exchanged a few words with Roger, charming. Next time, we hope to meet Mary. If there were 6 stars, they would clearly be deserved! You can go there without so much as a second thought, especially since there are very nice places to hike, cycle and make beautiful visits, for those who love nature like us!

Very clean, extremely well-equipped and furnished spacious accommodation. Laurence was flexible with check-in and check-out times and is very easily reachable. There is nothing missing in this accommodation and the beds are made on arrival. Everything is thought out and considered to make you feel at home.

Very relaxing 3 night stay, the perfect stop off on our trip through France. The accommodation was immaculate and perfectly clean. The pool was ample which everyone enjoyed. Civray is only a 5 minute drive and is pretty with nice restaurant’s, bakery’s etc…

We had a great time in this very pleasant, clean and well-equipped accommodation. The location is perfect: quiet and only 15 minutes from Futuroscope. The host is responsive, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We recommend it without hesitation!

Was a very unique and cute experience! Felt like staying in the princesses room of a castle. Beautiful stained glass, nice decor, big bathroom, great location. Lorie was very sweet and accommodating to our late arrival. Getting there by car can be a little tricky so read through her instructions a few times!

While staying overnight in Poitiers , Guillaume's accommodation is of very high quality . Renovated with taste and very good comfort and luxury . Very well equipped , very clean, clear instructions and very good bedding . I was able to meet Guillaume before I left , he is a nice and friendly person. I can only recommend this place

Great hosting by Adeline, the listing was as described. We came to enjoy the nearby bike park and the location was great. Big plus for bikes: the covered barn to store and take care of bikes. We will come back without hesitation!
