Guests can park their vehicle in one of the city's free parking lots near the property (less than 100 meters away).

The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the Futuroscope, and has 1 free parking space. Non-smoking rental and no internet.

Access to the studio is private (without passing through the main house) with a shaded area for a vehicle. there are steps to get into the home.

Our apartment is located on the ground floor of an old mill, located on the edge of the river. The hamlet is 2 km to Châtellerault Sud, highway exit, just before Futuroscope. It is a very quiet place, surrounded by greenery and located by the river. The department of Vienna is rich in tourist sites. The apartment is cozy and completely redone with nice amenities. The owners will be there to greet hosts.
