The latter is without an elevator but the floors are easily accessible. Pretty, 2 bedroom fully equipped Gite sleeping up to 5 people with it's own private and secure south facing garden with beautiful country views. English and French TV and WiFi are available and the kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine. We have a shared heated swimming pool (OPEN 2nd MAY UNTIL THE 14TH OF SEPTEMBER). This little house is suitable for a couple only. The miller's ladder leading to the attic room (from where you can see the sea) is absolutely not suitable for the elderly or children. All shops (bakery, pharmacy, deli, supermarket...) and the market are within walking distance.
