Near Annoville beach, a beautiful protected dune ridge (Conservatoire du Littoral) in a small quiet hamlet, we renovated the floor of a barn. It is a small 2-room cocoon for 2 adults + a mezzanine office space. A garden is accessible with picnic table, deckchairs and barbecue. We provide free bicycles for beautiful easy walks by the sea. This is a fully renovated 40 m2 vacation home, 130 m from the beach, comprising a kitchen open to the living room, a shower room, a first bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed, a second bedroom with two 80 x 200 beds (pillows, duvet and blanket for each bed), terrace, outdoor kitchen and barbecue.

Our accommodation is located in a detached house located 300 m from the beach that we have just carefully renovated to ensure you have a pleasant stay. The accommodation is located on the first floor of the house, on the ground floor, another smaller accommodation is also offered for rent. We'll be happy to welcome you personally upon key handover.
