Located in an annex of our house, our small 14 m2 studio/duplex awaits you for your tourist or business stays. It includes, on the ground floor, the kitchen and toilet; upstairs, the bedroom and its bathroom (be careful, the staircase is a little steep). Located close to the Nantes-Paris axis, Terra Botanica, public transport and shops. We ensure 24-48 hours of non-occupancy between two guests in order to best respect the health conditions. English spoken/Se habla español.

Annex of our non-attached house, a room that we used as a reception. We transformed it to have a bedroom area while keeping the function of the room. It is therefore a unique 80 m² room located in a village of more than 1200 hours with a local shop. Ideal for business or leisure travel. 2-person bed 180 x 200, equipped kitchen, bathroom, private parking. Ideally located at an equal distance of 30 to 35 km between Angers, Saumur, Cholet.

The house, located on our fenced property with indoor parking, has a private terrace that is not overlooked.
