In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Close to Morvan and its beautiful landscapes. Accommodation including an equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, stove, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster...) Fully enclosed land located at the rear of the house. Playground and pétanque court 50 m away... Come and recharge your batteries in this little haven of peace.

Saperlipopette Maisonette

This simple but cozy gîte is located in the heart of the Morvan, where you are surrounded by nature. From the garden, you can look out over the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.) there is a bakery where you can get delicious fresh bread and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddle board. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge themselves with the many routes in the immediate vicinity.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Watch out for the beam at the bedroom level at 1.70 m.

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Beautiful rustic house, with 1ha of land, a pond (very often dry) many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group like several families or for wellness seminars (poor wifi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays between adults, it disturbs the neighborhood too much. Haven of calm and nature. Places of rejuvenation, creation, but also conducive to exchanges. Respect for the quiet of the hamlet is requested.

On the mountain Haut Folin, on the edge of the forest, there is a wooden cottage... Our chalet is stylishly decorated and offers all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay. The equipped terrace with panoramic views of the natural surroundings give you the feeling of freedom and space. It is a paradise for hikers, cyclists and peace seekers where every season has its advantages.

Le Cellier des Moines Gîte (Morvan)

Characterful cottage, adjoining the owner but independent, in the hamlet of Commagny in Moulins-Engilbert (58), located in the membership area of the Morvan Regional Natural Park. Very quiet site, perfect for relaxing, and observing nature and the stars. The late season is often very pleasant in Morvan and the colors of the forests are extraordinary. Sleeps 4 people.
