Wonderful place would stay again

It was just great at Massimiliano's! A warm, always easily accessible host. Even at 5:45 in the morning on the day of departure, he prepared the delicious breakfast with smoothie and crostini and drove me to the train station! I was allowed to use one of the bikes for 4 days, which is worth its weight in gold to me! The room I had is bright and airy with its own balcony. In front of the house you can sit great, Massimiliano served breakfast there. You can use the well-equipped kitchen. Great. Pinienwald and Strandbagno Maurizio (you have to go there, 》Stefano and Claudia are super nice and warm and the Bagno is not too expensive) are close, and the bar 4/20 Electricafé, also a highlight. Cool people, great music, delicious burgers. If you like Syrian food, be sure to go to Dal Siriano. SO, I was completely happy & satisfied with Massimiliano and Alessandra - but unfortunately I did not meet them in person. I'd love to come back to Viareggio and to Massimiliano!

I can agree with the other reviews, we had a wonderful vacation here. Jonny and Susanne are very warm, helpful hosts and have put a lot of passion into renovating the old farmhouse. Our highlights: - High quality of the facility - Clean pool with perfect temperature to cool off - Comfortable beds - Great view - Varied breakfast - Top outdoor kitchen - E-bikes with a lot of power, it was really fun They also had lots of insider tips for excursions and restaurants. It was an unforgettable vacation for us ☺️ In the evening, the insects come, but the whole house has fly screens and outside there is an evaporator against mosquitoes, so you can sit outside without stings on the warm summer nights and watch the fireflies 🥰

A very nice place where you can find a lot of peace. A car is necessary to get to restaurants. It should not disturb you that the church bell rings at 7 in the morning. Francesco's family welcomed us very friendly and we felt very comfortable. The apartment has everything you need and is modernly furnished. Definitely recommended!

We had a great time, the place is even more beautiful than in the photos including the view and the terraces. Our hosts were extremely welcoming and very responsive.

It was a wonderful experience, in a house that is nothing short of perfect: private parking, a house well-stocked with everything, very clean, quiet, a great mattress, even the possibility of eating outside thanks to a private terrace. All this is in the context of the small town of Pitelli, a hamlet 8 km from La Spezia, which has an excellent supermarket, a pizzeria, an Arci club, a butcher shop, and even a pharmacy! All within a 3/4-minute walk from the house. Enviable location, impeccable service from the host and attentive to our needs: we can't wait to go back!

Communication with Angela was always smooth and friendly. We were able to check in flexibly and Angela responded quickly. She also responded immediately to special requests. The B&B is located just outside Pisa, but can be reached quickly via a longer walk, by bus or other means of transport. We felt very comfortable.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean, well-organized, and comfortable. The location is excellent (about a 10-minute walk to the train station), which made it really easy for us to visit Cinque Terre, our main goal for the trip. The host, Pina, was extremely helpful and kind, always available to assist with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Perfect place to explore Pisa and easy access to city center. It is a big plus if you have a car as you can park nearby not IN ZTL. The flat is smart and well equipped with all you need. Would come back anytime!

We stayed in Alessandro's apartment for one night. Super clean apartment with attention to detail. Alessandro is a very helpful and kind person and welcomed us with great care, providing us with water, breakfast and some food to eat in the apartment. He recommended places to go and some local gems. In addition, we would like to reiterate your willingness to respond at any time. We had a great time, we highly recommend it.

It's a beautiful area and I would recommend this place highly to anyone! The bikes are old and the brakes kept seizing, so plan on renting some if you want to do more than just a little riding.

Accommodation in the center, you are a 5-minute walk from the sea, the port, Via Grande and Via Cairoli, the streets with shops. Near the Central Market, which in addition to being a building to admire, is also convenient for shopping. The apartment enjoys the panoramic view of an attic. I arrived and Ilaria was at home to welcome me for check-in. Super kind and very nice. I found no flaws or inconsistencies with what is described on the site. Great apartment in the heart of La Spezia! Easily walkable to everything — the train station, ferries, museums, restaurants and shops. The washer/dryer was essential in allowing us to pack light on our 2 week Italian adventure. If I’m ever lucky enough to be back in the area, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay at Greta and Nico’s! Greta was very friendly and met us at the train station and helped carry our bags. The place is up a steep hill, but centrally located to the town. Greta gave us a map and provided recommendations. She was extremely helpful and friendly. She even answered late at night with help in how to locate a nearby hospital when we needed it. We highly recommend staying at Greta’s place!

Our stay at the Eremo was wonderful! Yes, there are many steps to get up to the house, but it is very worth it for the beautiful views when you get there! Marco was very friendly and welcoming — he went above and beyond to tell us all about the town and area, gave us recommendations for things to do, and was always available if we needed anything. Breakfast was lovely, we really enjoyed our time and wish we could have stayed longer!

Nice place, though it’s a bit of a downside that the bedroom isn’t directly connected to the bathroom; you have to walk through a shared hallway to get there. The host is very nice.

We had a great time in Nadia's apartment, it is well-equipped, clean, comfortable and quiet. Nadia was available and ready to communicate, providing us with useful information about the services and itineraries in the area. The apartment is in a favorable location for the excursions we wanted to do (Lerici, Tellaro, Sarzana but also walks on the inland trails). Recommended.

We enjoyed our five days in Cristina’s rustically charming room. Everything you need, from a small supermarket to great restaurants are all within a five-minute walk. It is in a more quiet neighborhood but close to the Tower and a 25- minute walk to the main train station. Oh, and the two sweet schnauzers, Lucy and Trudy, are a great bonus for animal lovers.

Beautiful stay in Corniglia!! When doing research you will see many people trying to steer you away from Corniglia, but it was our favorite place we stayed during our 2 week vacation to Italy. While there are daunting stairs there is also a shuttle bus that runs regularly throughout the day that can bring you up to the town. Cristiana is lovely. She recommended some great local spots and the focaccia at her bar is to die for! We hope to be back next time we are in the area. Corniglia and Cristian’s bnb is a little slice of heaven!

My wife and I enjoy our time celebrating our 25th anniversary overlooking Lucca and the surrounding areas… absolutely beautiful setting and once in a lifetime experience.

Great place to stay if you want some distance from the city. Its a walk up a hill to get to the village. Has one of the best pizza places I've been to. Great to go if you're looking to do some study or read or recoup after a trip. Great hosts
