Vacation rentals in Monticelli Pavese

We stayed at Caroline's House for the New Year's period and were fully satisfied with the location, clean and welcoming. She even left us a tray with welcome pretzels and, in the fridge, sparkling wine, milk...and even some tarts for breakfast. The view from the large window is beautiful, overlooking a few meters from the lake, where the sunrise offers beautiful colors that are reflected in the water. The owner and her daughter sent us all the necessary info and were interested in whether everything was to our liking. Even our parakeet adapted very well. We advise you to come to this beautiful property, managed by beautiful people.

Very nice apartment, clean, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The host has always been responsive and very helpful in the necessary communications. Great value for money. If I had to go back to the area one day, I would definitely come back here for the night.

It was great! Laura is very friendly and profesional. We had a late flight and it was not a problem to check in late. I recomend this apartament for people going for a football match at San Siro Stadio, the bus stop is close and you can get there super easy and quickly. We are so happy that we chose this apartament. ❤️🖤

The place was great with a beautiful view! The terrace is spacious with all the furniture you need, even sun beds were provided. The place was big and clean! The private parking in the garage is very convenient, a grocery store, pharmacy and a nice cafe by the lake are a 2 minute drive away. I had a few questions and always got a very quick response which I appreciated a lot! Thank you, we had a great stay!

I booked Catalina's apartment for my parents who had to travel to Alessandria at short notice for family reasons. Everything went smoothly, Catalina was very friendly and helpful - although my parents did not contact me half an hour before arrival as agreed. Clean apartment that has everything you need. Easter with the family. We stayed with the family and despite the bad weather we had a great time! Claudia has always been available for anything you may need and advice. The villa offers an impeccable view of the river, highly recommended!

We reached the place without any difficulty and self check-in was easy and immediate. The little house is comfortable, perfect for a couple, but if it fits a little even in four it feels good. The location is perfect, we took advantage of nice spring days for a walk in the park and nice breakfasts at the bar a stone's throw from home. The metro is also easily accessible on foot. Daniela was very attentive and helped us solve a small problem with efficiency and speed.
