The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

We offer our guests a small apartment in Pari, a charming village in the heart of Tuscany, near the Terme di Petriolo and halfway between Siena and the sea, which can be reached in about half an hour. Completely and recently renovated, it consists of a kitchen, large bedroom, bathroom, outdoor relaxation area with table. Equipped with air conditioning and all kinds of comforts, it is ideal for 2/3 people, in the kitchen there is a single bed. Private pool shared with other guests.

The house enjoys a rare and enchanting view of the Val d’Orcia and Monte Amiata, ensuring maximum privacy. The interiors mirror the charm of the Tuscan style, with antique furniture and finishes made by local artisans. Outside, the patio will allow you to eat with the colors of the sunset as a backdrop.

The villa is set in an oasis of tranquillity between the renowned towns of Montepulciano and Pienza that can be reached in only few minutes by drive. Villa Gaeta has four double bedrooms within the main building and an additional double bedroom in the annex by the patio. It can accommodate up to 10 persons, perfectly suitable for families and small parties. This villa is a brilliant example of Tuscan rural 18th century style, well proportioned, carefully renovated.

Recently inaugurated, the property is a portion of a Tuscan farmhouse with an independent entrance immersed in the Sienese countryside just 10 minutes from the historic center of Siena. The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a living room, and a kitchen. A 60*120 cm crib with safety rails is available upon request. Outside there is a common farmyard. The price is for the entire apartment. Accommodation tax €1.5/person

The EcoLodge, modern, ecological, comfortable, is in the middle of nature in a peaceful, fertile cultural landscape on Monte Amiata in the quiet southern Tuscany. It belongs to an old farmhouse with plenty of space, beautiful views, many old fruit, chestnut, olive trees and our vineyard. It's an ideal location. From here you can explore world-famous sights, do a lot and enjoy the tranquility of Tuscan country life away from the hordes of tourists.

Lang’s Lakehouse is in a unique location, being one of a handful of properties on the banks of Lake Trasimeno, Italy’s fourth largest lake. The property sleeps five upstairs. Directly in front of the property is a large grassed terrace, perfect for relaxation or entertaining. Visitors can swim, paddleboard or fish from the front of the property and even cook pizzas in their own pizza oven.
