Apartment vacation rentals in Monti, Rome

Our stay with Pietro in Monti was great!! This location was walkable to a lot or Rome sites: colosseum, forum, trevi fountain, St. Mary Major Basilica (Pope Francis was laid to rest here), and more! The Cavour station is just down the street and is one stop from Roma Termini. There are a handful of delicious restaurants in a 5-10 minute walk. We loved being in Monti! The apartment felt more spacious than pictured and was a perfect place to unwind after walking Rome all day. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning provided so much relief after a day in the Roman sun. Pietro answered all inquiries promptly and even allowed us to check in a bit early! AWESOME host! Thanks Pietro for a great stay! We appreciate you and hope to be back soon.

Fue una estadía estupenda. Bastante céntrico, cerca de el terminal. Mónica y Giancomo son muy atentos y respondían rápido en el caso de tener dudas o preguntas en cuanto al lugar.

We had the most incredible time at Guido’s place, he was so accommodating for us and his colleagues were so lovely! The apartment was stunning was the best place we’ve stayed in and i would recommend it to anyone! It has everything you would need from aircon to coffee machine, just amazing! We will 100% be coming back and staying here again! If you’re looking for a place to stay in Rome this is the place!!!

La posizione privilegiata ha reso comodamente gestibile il nostro soggiorno nella città eterna. Trovato comodamente anche parcheggio per auto nelle vicinanze. Supermercato aperto h24 sotto casa ha eliminato possibili dubbi su approvvigionamento viveri.

Wonderful location surrounded by shops, cafes and restaurants. The AC worked wonderfully!

We loved our stay in Rome! The location was just great for anything you want to do surrounding the Colosseum. The apartment was beautiful. We loved how quaint it was and having air conditioning was so necessary as it got up to 97 degrees yesterday. We loved everything about the apartment once we got inside! They had all the amenities we needed!

Literally the best airbnb I stayed at so far! Rome was my last destination in my 3 week Italy trip, and my mom and I were exhausted when we got to Rome. The walk from the Termini station to Guido’s place was only about 5 minutes, and Guido was outside to greet us. When we got to the room, we were so surprised to see that the room was spotless (mind you that my mom and I are pretty picky about cleanliness). We were so well-rested the night we got to Guido’s place that it felt like a fresh start. The location is amazing. You can get to anywhere without a problem since you are so close to the station. The terrace is beautiful, and you can see the sunrise every morning. There IS an elevator. The AC worked perfectly (Rome is extremely hot in the summer, so this is a must). Also, Guido was such a fun and helpful host, I really couldn’t ask for more. There isn’t a single reason not to stay at Guido’s place, and I hope to come back as well!

This apartment was very new, clean, and modern. It looks just like the photos, and is a fine space for two people. It is also very walkable to most of Rome, including the most notable tourist attractions. This is not the largest space, but it is very cozy and convenient.

Su ubicación es perfecta para conocer Roma, y salir de allí y encontrarte el Coliseo tan cerca, un privilegio. Hemos estado muy a gusto y la anfitriona siempre ha estado pendiente de nosotros. Un placer. Por hacer una pequeña crítica constructiva, en mi caso, hubiera sido genial si no entrara tanta luz por el balcón donde está la lavadora, no somos muy madrugadores. Pero es cierto que, si vas dos personas, en la habitación no entra tanta luz porque cuenta con contraventanas. El balance, positivo sin ninguna duda

We had a great stay at Stefano’s apartment in Rome! The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the Colosseum, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to both metro stations (about 10–15 minutes away) and bus stops. Taxis also had no trouble finding the place. Stefano was very responsive and accommodating, and he even shared some great local dining recommendations. Inside the apartment, we really appreciated the detailed binder with instructions for using the A/C, washer, and other amenities—it also included helpful tips about the apartment and exploring Rome. Accessing the building and apartment through a phone link was easy and worked flawlessly. If you're planning to explore the Colosseum, Roman Forum, or Trastevere, this is a great base. Roma Termini is only about 20–25 minutes away by metro and walking. My family and I were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

This apartment was perfect for our stay. It is comfortable, spacious, clean and very quiet. It is bright and airy. The view onto Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore is especially beautiful at night, illuminated and with the birds flitting about like stardust. It is well-equipped with all the amenities you could need. There is a grocery store a block away and the kitchen is stocked with some necessities. It was also nice to have a washer and drier.

We loved staying at Frederick’s place in Rome! It is in the center of everything so it is very walkable and close to some great restaurants. Check in was easy and the space was very clean. Frederico was even helpful with scheduling us taxis to and from the train station and airport. Although you are on a busy street, we found it quiet enough to sleep if you closed the windows. The AC also worked great to keep the space cool. We definitely recommend for your trip to Rome!

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect - so convenient to get to all the attractions. The place was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. We loved the stylish and cozy interior design - you can tell the host put a lot of thought into making it beautiful. Special mention goes to our host who was incredibly helpful and responsive. They answered all our questions quickly and were always available when we needed assistance. We definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno, l'appartamento è molto bello, ben arredato, pulito e letti comodi. Nonostante il clima caldissimo di questi giorni, la temperatura in casa è stata ottimale anche senza la necessità di accendere il condizionatore (l'appartamento si trova al piano terreno di edificio antico con mura spesse). Consiglio a tutti questa proprietà posizionata in pieno trastevere. Maurizio è stato molto disponibile e flessibile per il check-in. Grazie!

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. This was a great apartment. Great patio, nice, clean and spacious. Loved the neighborhood. They were great hosts-allowing us to drop our bags early was a big plus. Gave us a great list of recommendations. Terrific to have a washing machine! Perfect. Thank you for the great stay.

just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.

From the very beginning Fidia was proactive and very responsive! We were sent the house manual right away with all the directions and recommendations right at hand. Their assistant, Allan, was there to greet us when we checked in and he gave us a tour of the home and went over all of the instructions. Fidia also recommended crazy4rome for our tours and they were also fantastic. All of our transportation was arranged for us as well. The home is located right in central Rome and is walkable to many great restaurants and attractions. Would definitely go back!
