Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Monti, Rome

This place was beautiful, all you need to rest, the lady in the house is really nice, she didn’t speak English but she made a great effort to communicate which is good. The breakfast in the morning was the best part, everything was okay with this place.

Claudia and Marco prepared us a healthy and tasty breakfast daily. Marco recommended special places to visit for free to complement our planned activities. Overall they were warm and welcoming!

Maria Grazia is a super helpful host! He made sure the room was ready before the agreed time, to facilitate our arrival in the late morning. Very nice both with us and with our little dog, who was able to find a small outdoor space of her own for her Roman moments of relaxation. We immediately managed to establish a good feeling between us, excellent strength, a surplus for an accommodation with attention to detail, clean and very nice. What we will recommend to our friends.

If you’re looking for basic lodging very near Roma Termini, this is it. Great communication with the host and a very easy process all around. We didn’t cook in the shared kitchen, but if you needed to cook, there are the basic amenities. A change of towels daily, if requested. For the convenience factor, we would definitely stay here again.

Diomiora and her husband were amazing with us, very interactive and helpful, comfortable bed, clean bed and bath and also a great breakfast! When we get back to Rome for sure we'll host with them again!

Giacomo and Maria Carolina are awesome hosts! Extremely friendly and helpful, and they want to make sure you have the best time in Rome. They give you all sorts of recommendations depending on what you want to do, from restaurants to markets to hidden gems. The room is spotless and so is the restroom, which was very important to us. They also have a shared kitchen at the place, where they put snacks, milk, tea and coffee, which is always available for their guests. They even gave us a bottle of Prosecco and dessert as a gift. The location is no super close to the touristy places but if you take the metro or a motorcycle you’ll be there in 10-15 min. The place is quiet and has AC, which allows you to fully recharge for the next day. Thanks to both for making our stay so easy, cozy and pleasant!

Filippo is very supportive and friendly. The location is perfect, around 10 min walking distance from Villa Borghese and there are several food options around. The place was clean and cozy, the bed was comfortable. Thanks Filippo for hosting

Waking up in Rome, getting out of the most comfortable bed, and sipping espresso in a private garden while birds chirp—it sounds like a dream, but it was our reality thanks to this amazing stay. Stefano welcomed us like family, took the time to explain everything we needed to know, and made us feel completely at home. If we return to Rome, there's no doubt—we're booking this place again. Every review we read beforehand was spot on—no exaggerations. Everything was exactly as described, and Stefano is a perfect 10. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended! The place is very conveniently located, close to metro and bus stations. Ricardo was always attentive and recommended places and things to do... he also includes breakfast, which seems simple but saves you time and money.

Great communication before arriving, coordinating our check in. The apartment was clean, the temperature was nice, the instructions and welcoming by Francesco were on point, he was very kind and responsive. The location was a 3 blocks away from Termini, where you arrive on your train from the airport, or take train to other places in Italy, the metro, the busses, etc.

Great experience all around, would recommend. Barbara and her husband are one of the nicest people you'll meet. Room was decently kept and clean. Parking is available right in front of the apartment. Location was exactly what I needed although maybe not ideal if you want to explore the centre of Rome.

The place is just like the photos, the lights are bright; the bathroom space is comfortable, the hot water is stable, and the water is plentiful, it is the most satisfying place in my trip.Location, convenient access to Spanish Square, Colosseum, supermarkets, and bus stops.It's convenient to go back to the B&B to rest when you're tired from shopping.Orsetta is very friendly and responsive, so you can book this room with confidence.

The accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Getting around is very easy – it’s on Metro Line A, and you can also reach the Colosseum comfortably by taking Bus 85. The apartments are exceptionally clean and well-equipped with everything you might need. Marco is incredibly kind and welcoming—he prepared breakfast in advance each day and always made sure everything was perfect. I truly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this place!

I was a guest with my son for only one day. I'm just saying that because it was worth being able to stay longer. Impeccable accommodation, very well-kept furnishings as well as immaculate. Attention to detail is definitely above average. A special compliment to Gianluca, very courteous. We'll be back if possible.

Overall, we are rating the stay 5/5! Antonella is very kind. I like her going the extra mile for her guests, e.g., by letting us in earlier, leaving a bottle of water, sharing some biscuits she baked with us, etc. Overall the Apartment is ok, and felt a bit smaller than it seems in the picture. However, it was very clean, the location (centrally) is fantastic and very helpful if you want to take the bus from and to the airport(s). Most importantly, you can reach every corner you like in Rom by walking (e.g., Colosseum is ~15 minutes only). So, if you want to visit Rome to visit Rome and not for the sake of a chilled stay home, this is your go-to apartment! Comments: 1.) The internet was very good in the room. 2.) We did not even realize that the bathroom was meant to be shared with her. 3.) The small included breakfast is from the Coffee Shop at the doorstep, that gives you a hot coffee + a cornetto. This is cool as I picked it up and came back in to have it while my wife got ready.
