The house is the most beautiful I've ever stayed in! Furnished in a modern but original style, a very well-kept environment and super clean. It has all the comforts. A beautiful and well-equipped kitchen. Vanity set in the bathroom with things I had never found anywhere else. I felt right at home. The location is perfect. Quiet area, surrounded by greenery, relaxing environment. Between visits, I enjoyed the garden, the super comfortable sofa and TV with access to Netflix. Cosme, the landlord was very kind and caring. He asked me even before I arrived if I needed anything he could buy for me. During the stay he came to meet me and gave me many useful tips for visiting the city and sailing the San Lorenzo neighborhood, which I found very authentic and lively. I mean, I found a hidden gem in this house! I'll definitely be back and highly recommend the experience to everyone.

Very nice and charming old apartment. Beautiful garden around the house. The area was quiet. It almost felt like "coming home" to the tranquility as soon as you had closed the gates and left the intense city life outside. We received a warm welcome outside the gates and help with bags the last bit to the apartment itself. Clear instructions for everything - everything from how garbage is sorted to which buses to take to the property. If we come to Rome one more time, we would love to stay here again. Francesca’s beautiful family home is located within easy reach of Rome by car, and is an excellent option for those who want to visit the city. The villa is set in peaceful grounds with views across the hills, away from the noise of the city. Francesca’s family was lovely, and very helpful in finding the house and getting us settled upon arrival. They were kind enough to leave food and beer in the fridge since we were arriving late in the day from Civitavecchia. This is a family home that has been well lived in, and has lots of charm and idiosyncrasies. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Ersilia was really kind and respectful, we had a great time in her house. The house was clean and well maintained, it was nice being welcomed by Ersilia. Could recommend this place!

Andrea’s place was a godsend for us, looking to spend a week in Rome outside the city’s heat. We felt like we got a taste of local living, and Andrea was a supremely helpful host who helped us out with recommendations in the area. Would recommend for anyone looking for a clean, well operated little getaway!

Everything was great. Clean and calm suburb of Rome with dedicated parking space and kind hospitality of the hosts. I definitely recommend it.

Nice quiet place with all the necessary stuff. Will need to take a bus to get to the center, the stop is pretty close. Overall, a great bang for the buck, would easily rent it again!

Vittorio was a great host. He provided a very flexible checkin process following our international flights into Italy. He also help arrange transport into Rome when we experienced real difficulties with independent Taxi bookings. The pool area was a “great setting” for the family & grandchildren to utilise the pool. A very private /secure home, but with easy access to beach and restaurants. Vittorio responded very quickly with all questions………..a great host !!

We had the best time at Giorgia’s place. Marcel was extremely helpful when giving recommendations and helping us check-in. Giorgia was able to put us in contact with a company to book taxis to the airport which was great. Easy to get to the place from the airport and to Rome for the day. The villa was beautiful and felt very private. The only thing I’d mention is one of the double bedrooms is linked to the sofa bed living room so you need to walk through the sofa bed room when leaving so could be good to have some sort of screen or divider so the people with the sofa bed feel a bit more private. But very minor thing - absolutely loved our experience!

A perfect escape from the heat in Rome! The pool was perfect and Fabio was very helpful in whatever we needed and even arranged a taxi for us to go to the Nemi strawberry festival nearby. We will be back for sure :)

I cannot say enough about how perfect the property was for our family. Spacious, homey, the pool was amazing, and the ping pong table was a great addition for our kids! There were games, books, cards all available for our use. They connected us with a chef for a cooking class at the house that was incredible. They were quick to respond and help throughout our time. I am so grateful for our time there and would 100% recommend and return!

Daniele is a fantastic host. He was very responsive to some issues we had in the first couple of days. He was also very helpful when we had an issue with some of our luggage. The garden and pool are fantastic. The interior of the villa is nice but slightly dated. I would recommend a car to visit other areas and for supermarket. You are only 10 minutes from the local train station with direct trains which get you into Rome within 20-30 minutes. The town is quiet in the week but very busy at the weekend and maybe due to visiting in April there was not much open on the beach itself. I’m sure that changes as you get into the season. Some great local restaurants and bakery’s which were all reasonably priced.

I visited Italy on a family trip. I'm glad that I think I've made a lot of good memories thanks to this accommodation. I'd like to visit again next time I get a chance.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 13, made up of 4 generations. Not only are the properties beautiful, thoughtfully decorated with authentic furniture and art, the grounds are gorgeous so you’re always looking at flowers, trees and greenery along with an epic view from the balcony. The big pool area was a real highlight. If you like being in a place with real character where you intend to make the most of being home this is ideal. The hosts and on-site caretaker (Luciano and family) could not have been more helpful going out of their way to ensure we had everything at all times, even taking us to the train station to get our early flights. This was the home away from home we needed and we think it will be hard to beat this set up for our future family holidays! Thank you so much x

A perfect place for travelers with a car. Entrance through an electric gate to a large and well-maintained yard. Pampering and clean pool. The hosts are super helpful and communicative. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there.

This is an amazing house! Very beautiful area, beautiful garden! The house is perfectly clean, beautiful furniture, the kitchen is fully equipped! One downside is the lack of internet.

Very elegant place, amazing garden and the host is very friendly and supportive. Although it’s not near the downtown but it worth commuting. I would definitely visit them again.

We had a lovely stay at the villa. We very much appreciated the cool interior and the very beautiful garden and pool area. The villa is a little outside Rome centre but this was what we wanted so that we could relax a bit away from the crowds. Buses to Rome shops and restaurants are all within a few minutes walking distance. A great place for a family trip to Rome!

The house is big and has a lot of space. But the furniture is old. The house is very safe because it has three gates to enter

Alessandro and Roberta are amazing hosts! They made us felt at home and connected us with many destinations and service providers to make our first visit to Italy truly memorable. The home is pristine and spacious, perfect for a large family gathering together. The design of the place is beautiful and matched the photos. So many walkable dining options nearby and a playground for the kids 8 mins away. The hosts live very close by, were very responsive to our questions and offered great advice for places to visit. Overall, i would highly recommend staying with Alessandro and Roberta.

Robertos place was fantastic! He and his sons went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate our family. (offered transportation pick up, early check in, showed us step by step every amenity in the house, helped carry ALL our Luggage up the stairs, personal recommendations, comped breakfast locally, proscecco in both refrigerators...) I would give 10 stars 🌟 for service and helpfulness! This made for an amazing welcome and stay in Rome. I highly recommend! Gratitude 🥹
