Vacation rentals with a patio in Monti d'Arena-Bosco Caggione

Tiziana is charming, attentive and super friendly. We were delighted in the house, super quiet, with parking, it was spectacular.

I confirm all positive reviews against Marcello who is an exceptionally kind host. Warm and welcoming he gave us valuable tips for our visits, such as taking the train to visit Bari. In short, we had a wonderful week and hope to return to ostuni soon.

We stayed 3 nights at the beautiful place. Francesco greeted us personally and showed us everything. There was a bottle of wine and water on arrival. The property is really right on the beach, very stylishly furnished and also offers a large roof terrace for guests. We had a lot of fun with the kayaks that were at our disposal. Optionally, it is possible to book a massage. We would definitely recommend the place! Thank you 🤩

We stayed 3 nights at Ferderica's aparment in the late October. Apartament is comfortable, has all basic appliances and nice tarrace. Federica and her parents (Molto Grazie) were always available in case of questions and very helpful when small problems appeared.

My husband & I were pleased with everything about this place. Beautiful,clean,comfortable & spacious. Straightforward entry. Great location. Once we parked our car in the free parking spot that comes with the apartment, we just walked to all the shops, restaurants & sights close by. Marco was very communicative & prompt to respond to any of our questions. We would definitely stay here again. Grazie Marco!

The apartment in Gallipoli is very good, clean , nicely decorated, well-equipped, neighborhood is quiet and right in front of the sea. Easy to park, restaurant , shop nearby. The old town Gallipoli is a 15 min walk walking along the sea , is beautiful. You can go to Enrico's without a second thought.

We stayed here for 10 days, the accommodation is completely renovated, the house is very clean and the spaces match the photos and description. Sonia was always super nice and helpful, she suggested a lot of beaches and restaurants to go to, she responded immediately and was always available for anything. It is close to the sea in 5 minutes on foot, in 10 minutes passing from the walkway you arrive in the center so it is all convenient and close. We will definitely recommend it.

Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

we visited the area for a wedding nearby, and this villa was the perfect place to stay! we booked as two couples and the villa itself is probably the best Airbnb we've all stayed at - it has everything you could need; beautifully furnished, immaculately clean, peaceful yet right in the centre of town. the bedrooms and bathrooms were gorgeous. the pool area was beautiful to relax by during the day. the communication was great as well. we didn't meet Sabrina but she was super helpful in the lead up and we had Peter on hand when we arrived and for any questions we had during the stay. thanks so much! finally, we loved nardo as well - there was an amazing selection of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. we were only there for 5 nights but you could easily try somewhere new each day for a couple a weeks and still need more time. hopefully we get the chance to come back! thanks so much 🙏

This was a great base for exploring the city and region. An attractive 2 bed, with Netflix. Close to train station and excellent bakers a few streets away. As a hostess Tatiana went above and beyond from dealing with queries an issue and a breakage. Plus our 4th late addition was not a problem Deserves her 5 star rating.

Unbeatable!! The house is perfect for a beach vacation The location is perfect as it is located downtown but in a residential area and therefore it is very quiet. You can't hear any of the parties that may be going on downtown. but without a doubt the best thing is the attention of the hosts, attentive at all times. We will definitely be back!

I can confidently say that llaria is the best host we've ever had. She's incredibly kind, warm-hearted, and welcoming, which made our stay feel extra special from the moment we arrived. The location is fantastic, and the house itself is absolutely beautiful and cozy. We were a group of six, and every one of us thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The home is spotless, well-furnished, and full of charm. The ambiance is peaceful and inviting, with a lovely courtyard and an amazing view that added so much to our experience. laria went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was super helpful with recommendations about the area. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at her place you're guaranteed to have a wonderful experience!

Ludovica’s home in Ostuni is a true hidden gem — it feels like stepping into a piece of history. She kindly greeted us after our long flight with recommendations for a delicious pizza dinner and a welcome basket of local food. The rooftop was our favorite part, with a view of the sea and historical Ostuni. The beds were comfortable, the showers were hot, and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this spot for your next trip to Puglia. Parking locally on the street was very easy, if you’re looking to rent a car.

Based on the pictures and the price, we already had high expectations. These expectations have been completely exceeded. It was really unprecedented, if you go to southern Italy, this is a MUST GO. So welcoming, such a nice tenuta, delicious breakfast every morning and attention was paid to everything, they really take an extra step to make you feel completely welcome and at home. We have been there our first 10 days of vacation to discover the south of Puglia. It is perfectly located for that, we have explored all the nice places in the area all less than an hour away. The only thing I regret is that we have booked this accommodation to start the holiday with, I am now writing this review from our second accommodation and it really falls into nothing compared to Tenuta San Trifone. I sincerely don't think you're going to find a better place to stay in the south of Puglia. Emanuele, Laura and the rest of the family, super thank you, it was great!

We loved our stay here! So peaceful and well equipped. The pool exceeded our expectations - it was remodeled in May 2024 - and has a plateau area perfect for our little daughter to spend time with us in the pool. Peter and his wife are great hosts! We would love to come back.

As described, very clean accommodation in a beautiful environment, close to several sites to visit, Anna Mina is very welcoming and also makes the effort to speak French. I would recommend it in a second.

Very nice, comfortable and clean apartment. You have everything you need, and if you're missing something, Pasquale will bring it to you very quickly. Maybe you can hear and see from the deck. Pasquale speaks English, gives good recommendations. We recommend it wholeheartedly!
