The place is excellent. The view of the sea and dusk incredible. The host is a super host, he had lots of patience with us. I managed to lock ourselves out and he came all the way to the house late at night to open it for us. He is the best host I ever had.

Perfect stay right near the beach that felt like home! This property has super comfortable beds, nice linens and many little things that made for a very relaxing stay. We thought we’d visit a number of the villages in the area, but found ourselves just wanting to relax at the house and on the local beaches instead. If we come back to the area, we are 100% staying here again. Also, although there are good restaurants in town, cooking was easy bc there’s a BBQ on the patio, lots of spices and pots/pans to cook with and plenty of plates/cups/glasses/etc. It’s a well stocked kitchen - much more so than many other places I’ve stayed. If you’re thinking about this place, stop looking at other options and book it. You won’t regret your decision. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!

Spectacular beachfront, a short walk to the beach, easy to reach, perfect for those who have Children, or relaxing on the beach, I don't even need the car anymore... I should have stayed all summer!!!

This place looks just like the pictures shown. Plenty of lovely beaches around and lots of fishing opportunities as well! The local cats were definitely my favorite. There was a young cat while we were staying, with gray patches on mostly white fur. I named him Jasper , if you see him give him lots of lovins he’s such a sweetheart!

An absolute feel-good accommodation – loving, practical and right on the beach The accommodation was furnished with a lot of love for detail – we immediately felt comfortable. We especially liked the amenities: beach chairs and parasols were available, as well as a brand new grill. The kitchen had everything you need for a relaxing start to the day – including a capsule machine with two types of coffee (normal & decaf) and even the classic Italian mocha pot for real espresso enjoyment. Gianni was a wonderful host – warm, helpful and always available. He greeted us with a bottle of wine and traditional pastries, which made us very happy. In between, he always asked if everything was okay – very attentive, but never intrusive. The location is fantastic – just a few meters to a beautiful, white sandy beach with beach bar and deck chair rental. Perfect

Beautiful house equipped with everything, modern, compared to the previous houses seen in the same area far superior. It is not the old house by the sea refurbished, it is a new house. Super modern with comfort that usually houses of this type do not have. Grates, electric shutters, air conditioners, excellent wifi, well-equipped kitchen with attention to detail. And then the garden is beautiful and well-kept. In no house in the area have I seen a garden so well-kept with an English lawn. Highly recommended. Also very well located. 2 minutes' walk from the beach, both free and equipped. With beautiful sea. 10 minutes (real) by car from Punta Prosciutto. Top.

It was amazing to visit Vincenzo’s flat! They are supernice, and the atmosphere was sooo good! They made dinner courses(it needs to pay), and highly reccomend to experience! It’s better than other ristorante ever! I hope to visit here again :)

The apartment was very clean. Really quite place no any direct neighbours, no common walls with anybody. Totally separated house. The owner ( Bella :):):):) )was very nice and flexible.

Angelo is one of the best hosts we've encountered. He responded promptly to all our questions before we arrived, picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. He had wine waiting for us at the house when we arrived. We miscalculated the availability of bus service in May, thinking we could bus from Casalabete to Brindisi to rent a car. Angelo anticipated our need and arranged a car rental for us. On the way out he even took a detour to show us some features of the area we asked about. The house is in a nice location, right over the dunes from the beach. The yard and pool are exceptionally nice, with plenty of outdoor seating areas in a private setting. The house is comfortable, but a bit dated inside, with a small kitchen (although it has lots of refrigerator and freezer space) and could use some better lighting. This is a really nice place for a beach vacation.

Donato the owner and Sergio who did check in were so friendly and helpful. Anything we needed that wasn’t in the house, they organised. Top spec throughout, perfect location for a 5 min drive to the beach, 10 min drive into town or a perfectly nice 40 min walk to the old town.

We stayed in apartment 3 for 11 days, it is a clean apartment with lovely soft towels and super good beds. According to the site, it has a kitchenette, however it has a coffee and tea machine and fridge with freezer compartment. There is a large communal kitchen with a gas hob, dishwasher, large fridge freezer all you need is there. There is a large swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds and a place with lovely chairs in the shade. The accommodation is very quiet, wonderful if you like peace and quiet. Within 15 minutes you are at the beach or in a town. We had a great time at the Masseria La Noa and would definitely recommend it for other guests

Very well located cottage, in close proximity to the sea. Our two-week stay at the end of May was very quiet, as the season had not started. The setting is very pleasant, in a very protected pine forest. The cottage is spacious, and very well-equipped. The welcome was great, in a perfectly tidy and clean house. The owner and his family are available and very welcoming. Within a 1.5-hour radius, many tourist sites are accessible. I would highly recommend it, especially in May and early June, when peace and quiet are guaranteed. Great experience. Recommended!

Great place to unwind with the pool available for use and the nearby beaches a short walk or drive away. The listing is as described with everything you need. Only downside was a lot of the nearby restaurants and shops were closed due to the time of year we visited. Suspect during the summer months this would not be the case.

Comfortable, clean and cozy apartment! The private pool is an absolute plus! Having a washing machine at the apartment was very helpful also. There are only a handful of restaurants in walking distance while the beach is 5 min walk from the place. There are a couple of free public beaches, but we recommend the Sun Bay camping village for a beach day. You can rent an umbrella and chair right on the beach. We had a great time!!

Lanzilotti was a wonderful host— since we bike-packed to the location he made extra accommodations for us by giving us a safe place to store our bikes and made reservations for a taxi for our early departure to the train station. We were blown away by his kindness and the beauty of the surroundings, and the general setup of the BnB. However, the true beauty is in the nearby natural attractions and local people, you can’t beat the beaches and water of Specchiolla, it was a pristine and uncrowded paradise in October. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to return!

Good morning I stayed in this apartment recently. Very clean house, helpful and kind owners made me feel at home, even in the village and the people at the entrance in the guardhouse were helpful and friendly. In the evening by the pool they always organized something. I would say that if it weren't for the fact that my car broke down and this year the shuttle service didn't leave from the village, they would have been perfect. Simona

We had six wonderful nights at Elisabetta s house in Torre San Gennaro and it was everything we could have wished for. The description says it’s right on the sea and you couldn’t be closer without getting your feet wet in bed . It’s six or eight steps down to a rocky entrance to the Adriatic Sea . It’s very easy to enter and exit the sea , more so if you have water shoes but it can be done in bare feet as the rocks aren’t sharp . The house has everything you would need and everything works as it should . Elisabetta will help you with any small issues you may have ( we had none ) The area is small and flat with a few bars / cafes and restaurants . It is fairly quiet at the moment but the season is starting and people are starting to flood in . The bar over the sea is great for casual drinks and pizzas at excellent prices . The restaurant next door to Elisabetta house is called Zoki and is one of the best we have been privileged to have been to . Absolutely wonderful food .

A wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean. The main bedroom is on the street so is quite loud at night and in the early morning, but the location is amazing for exploring. The staircase is tight and steep, but no problem for us. A lovely, well furnished, shaded deck upstairs. We were getting multiple messages a day from the lady who checked us in. About putting out garbage etc. Maybe all this info in one message would be better than constant messaging. But other than that we really had a wonderful stay.

Daniela and Valentino are top hosts. Daniela speaks perfect English, and happily recommends things around, kitchen with extra amenities to start your cooking, breakfast etc even wine and taralli 😊 found difficult to leave il lentisco.

We had a wonderful stay in Gallipoli. The apartment has everything you need for daily life and is very quiet. The roof terrace overlooking the sea is simply fantastic and you can quickly get to the old town on foot. Clear recommendation!

The accommodation was a bit small, but the space was optimally used and the wonderful, large terrace with fantastic sea views outweighs all that. It is modern and tastefully decorated and everything you need for 2 people is available. It was also wonderful that a lot of water came out of the shower head. :). The host's mother, Valeria, welcomed us lovingly, took care of us and was very eager to make us feel comfortable, which was really the case. The apartment is wonderfully located between 2 smaller towns with nice restaurants and bars, 15 minutes walking distance. Private parking at the house is also available. We would very much like to come back.

Gaetano was very helpful with all concerns. Always available and his answers came within minutes. Check in was impeccable. His place is very nice and modernly remodeled. Beautiful outdoor lighting, very stylish. In a few minutes you can reach wonderful beaches that are flat sloping. We would book this house again for our vacation. This house and the garden are so perfect, charming, relaxing, comfortable, all the details are impressive, you will have everything you need. Giuseppe is very kind and welcoming.
