The hosts welcomed us very kindly and during our stay we felt more than comfortable. The house is offerring you anything you need and we liked its charme with all the beautiful details, decorated by heart. The place is very quiet and peaceful and you have all the privacy. There is the small town Felline, which you reach quickly by car. We loved Everything, especially the outdoor aera with the big swimming pool and the beautiful terracce. Would come back at any time. Staying at Cosimo's is like stepping into the past. Historic and very cozy house with large extreme spaces. A real gem is a good base if you decide to explore the beauty of the Valle d 'Itria.

We were so sad to leave. It was such a perfect place that it made it hard to want to leave to explore the region! It is a perfect base to explore local towns. Ostuni and Alberobello were stand outs for us although Monopoli had a lot of charm too. The house itself has everything you need, the master is separate from the other two generous bedrooms, each with own bathroom. The two other bedrooms are also separated by a door to the living area so everyone could truly have their peace and quiet when they needed a rest. Outdoor kitchen is a great touch and it’s equipped with everything you would need. It’s very quiet and just tranquil. Tatiana was quick and responding to any queries or issues. We highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay! Boris was a very kind host, very responsive and helpful. The house is very nice, clear of clutter, the bedrooms are very large and comfortable, the beds and linens are nice. Good array of appliances and amenities. The internet was good and stable. The live and dried plants are a lovely detail of the house! The outdoor spaces are very nice as well. Even though you can't really walk to the beach, the location was great for driving to different towns and beaches. The garden was lovely to enjoy, great fruit trees, and the cats kept to themselves and didn't bother us. Excellent value for money, and a lovely holiday! Mille graze Boris + Giorgia! :)

The apartment is situated in a really good location (14 mins from the train station, near the sea ) We were 3 adults and 2 children and it was very comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed our stay, I recommend it.

Beautiful stay in Gallipoli. The apartment is as described. Beware of difficult access if mobility is an issue: many steps to access. But it's worth it: the Terrace is exceptional at any time of the day. Marco is adorable and considerate. Thank you for everything. (allow for paid parking at the entrance to the city)

Our stay in Gallipoli was fantastic! Great place, large storage, amazing terrace!! Marta, the property manager was very quick to respond and answer questions. Info package in the apartment was very helpful with recommendations around restaurants, things to do and places to see. Would recommend!!!

The apartment looks amazing in the photos and even more amazing in person. We loved the beauty of the apartment, and it was very comfortable. We absolutely loved the terrace and the views from the windows. Everything was walkable. Parking was convenient. I would return in a minute!

Very nice accommodation, good location for visiting Lecce on foot. It is charming, clean and well-equipped. It should perhaps be noted that the shower stall is a bit tight and low ceiling, not very practical when you're tall 😉

This was a great stay in Lecce, especially over Christmas. The bed was comfy and we loved being able to use the fireplace. It did take several days to warm up - the style of the buildings are the reason for this. It was also very loud many nights due to the local bar. This was mentioned in other reviews, but I’m a deep sleeper and didn’t think it would be an issue. Something to consider and be aware of. Overall if you’re looking for a home base in Lecce, it was worth it.

This beautiful villa is located in the historic center of Lecce. An oasis of peace just minutes from shops and restaurants. The villa is very tastefully decorated and has many charming details. The roof terrace is fantastic. A wonderful place for breakfast or an aperitif. The host Danilo is very friendly, responds promptly every time and gives a lot of good advice and tips. Lecce is truly a crown jewel and Danilo's villa is one of its pearls. We highly recommend a stay at this address.

Five stars is not high enough for this amazing apartment in a historic palace in the Centro Storico of Lecce. Location, location, location! While on a quiet and private street, this apartment is close to everything! Not only that, but the artwork within and around the apartment is fantastic, and we really connected emotionally to some of the pieces. If that wasn’t enough, Luigia could not have been more helpful. She stocked the kitchen and refrigerator with breakfast items and snacks, provided extremely clear directions on how to find her and waited for us on the street to greet us, gave us recommendations for restaurants and cafe’s that were terrific, and introduced us to her wonderful cats while showing us around the terrace. She is so warm and friendly that we feel like we’ve made a new friend. I don’t think we can come back to Lecce soon enough. Hope to see you again soon Luigia!

At the end of the vacation, Angelo becomes a friend of yours. I start with this premise because he is the hub of your entire vacation that thanks to his tips becomes a dream. His welcome is unparalleled, friendly, friendly, friendly, immediately puts you at ease with his welcome gift, then the house is even more beautiful in real life. The pool you enjoy gjorno and even in the evening with the romantic garden lights that surround this fairytale. The sea passes almost second floor due to the comfort of the house and its amenities. There is a very comfortable parking space inside, the beach can be reached in 2 minutes on foot from the house via a walkway. Angelo updates you and provides tips on where to eat fish, meat, which farm to visit, even where to bathe by checking the weather forecasts of the wind. Such a beautiful house in a lovely location. It was a bit cold for us to use the pool unfortunately, which was a real shame as it looked so beautiful and the garden area is great. The house was really well equipped and all communication was great and very responsive. This is in a great spot for exploring the area - 20 mins to Locorotondo, 30 to Alberobello, and we spent a lot of time on the coast. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This place is fantastic, house is spotless, quiet location but close to town where you can find several restaurants and shops. The main feature of the house is the private pool where you can refresh during the hot days, you can also relax under the big veranda on the back and cook using the outdoor kitchen, we never used the indoor kitchen, it is so nice to cook and eat outside during the nice summer days. The house is surrounded by a huge garden so you can have complete privacy and there are nice trees around the pool if you prefer the shade. The location is perfect to visit both the east coast beaches (few minutes by car away) but also the west coast only 30 minutes away. Air con is very quiet but the house is so well insulated that really needed only few hours on really hot hot days. Mariella is a fantastic host always available to help in any way, we stayed 9 days but did not want to leave. Will be back soon, thanks Mariella

Lovely stay outside of Ostuni at Laura's place. The house is very well equipped with several bedrooms nicely spaced out across the large home. The pool was lovely (though not heater) and the grounds are beautiful, with a children's play structure on property and two adorable donkey's roaming the grounds. Very nice stay. If you are looking for a villa in total tranquility and super close to the sea like we wanted, Villaria is the best solution! The interior is cared in every single detail, the kitchen is complete with every accessory and comfort, there are three bedrooms each with its own bathroom, spacious and functional. The outdoor patio is very big and ideal for dining or having an aperitif during the sunset time, so peaceful! 😌 The villa is complete with a big swimming pool, parking slots and charging station for electric cars! The cleanliness of both the interior and exterior is impeccable! There are also both washer and dryer and the AC! Francesco was very kind and helpful Highly recommended!
