Wonderful place that worked perfectly for our extended family to stay while in Dayton celebrating our niece’s graduation. Faith was incredibly responsive and the home had all the amenities we needed not only to gather in, but also relax.

The house was perfect for our stay. It was clean and fully functional. We were able to gather. and have sone nice family dinners together. The weather was nice so we were able to sit outside and also throw the football around in the large back yard. We felt very at home. We hope to stay again sometime soon!

This place was super cute! We stayed here with my parents and had a wonderful time. The hosts are wonderful and were super responsive which we appreciated. I felt very prepared for what I was getting and it was even better than expected!

The airbnb has everything you could need, it's conveniently located, perfect spot next to a park, and great for the dogs. Kristin was extremely responsive and flexible with our accommodations. We're looking forward to our next stay!

This place is a great stay. It’s clean and close to coffee shops/restaurants to checkout! It’s a perfect spot for any hospital workers as it’s close to Miami valley hospital.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive to my messages on Airbnb. She was always available and checked on our stay! I would suggest maybe putting apt numbers on the doors. The place was very clean. She even had extra tissue and paper towels. She also had amenities like soap, shampoo, etc. it was very nice !!!!!! I would use her again….

I was there for a training class. This place was absolutely incredible. It was everything I needed the washer and dryer specifically this place is definitely worth every penny and I’ll be going back there..

This place was great and Kalie is an excellent host. The place was charming and well taken care of, and in a really nice historic neighborhood. It was walkable to a brewery, great brunch spots and other shops. Kalie was very helpful and gave clear instructions for check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again!

Te’Jal was a great host! Very accommodating, understanding, as well as responsive. We had a one-night stay, and from the parking space to the apartment, everything was quiet, private, and very hospitable. Definitely recommended if you find yourself in the area!

Great place, and as described. Perfectly clean, neat, attractive and uncluttered. Well-provisioned with the expected basics plus many thoughtful additions (e.g. blender, electric fireplace, and tower fans). Very peaceful in and out, even though in an apartment complex. Close to a supermarket, and easy access to highway into Dayton. Hosts were very responsive, nice and helpful. Would definitely stay at this townhouse again!

The unit was as advertised, absolutely loved the soaker tub and it was the Star of the unit. Beds were comfy and clean. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything you’d need to cook. Overall our stay was great and we would come back. Only negatives we had were the porch light was super dim and getting into the lock was challenging due to lighting, Steve assured he would fix asap. So it may be okay now. There was a slight smell in the living room but not unbearable. And since it’s on the Main Street traffic noise at night could be heard but also not terrible for us. We didn’t spend much time in the unit as we were visiting family so there issues were minor to us and for the price and location in proximity to the activities we had it was perfect. The host is very responsive so any issues you may have I’m sure they’ll correct.

Have stayed here before and would happily stay again. Great for 1 person or a couple. In a cute historic district that’s a short drive to some good Dayton eateries. Aspasia was very kind and went to turn the lights on when she found out my flight was delayed and I was coming in very late.

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

Loved the beach house. Came here to attend a horse show at world equestrian center. The location was so convenient, but the house itself was so tastefully and thoughtfully decorated, it was a relaxing pleasure to enjoy. The home is wonderfully stocked with everything you might need, recently updated. Very clean and very, very comfy. Would definitely stay here again. It’s on my favorite favorites list!
