Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Montgomery County

The place was perfect for us. Close to downtown, groceries and parks. I loved how close we were to the park and was able to run the nature trail a couple of times after just walking out the door and a half a block down the street. Communication was excellent. If we were to go to Dayton again we would stay again!

Wonderful place to stay

This apartment was just as described, and perfect for my needs. I visit OH a couple of times a year and from now on this little gem will be my first choice! It’s clean, cozy, and centrally located.

Derek was great!! I decided last minute to extend my trip and he was great about helping me to do so! Any questions i had he got back to me quickly! House was great, and would definitely recommend and will be back!

The place was very well maintained and everything was well prepared for our arrival. It was a lovely stay for our weekend trip.

The place was spotless and very cozy. The east side of Dayton is a trove of great stuff and Mike’s place makes it very accessible. I’ll stay again for sure.

Great studio apartment. Easy check in and clear instructions. Super clean. I really appreciate the cleanliness, easy parking and all the extra amenities. It’s obvious that this unit is well cared for and we would definitely stay here again.

Fabrice was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We evacuated Florida to get away from Hurricane Milton and Fabrice was easy to work with and very understanding when extending our stay several times until we were able to get back to Florida. We appreciate his hospitality and would definitely stay again here again.

We had a great time staying in Ian’s house, he was very easy to communicate with and if we had any issues he would help us out in anyway he could. We had a problem with our oven and he immediately replaced it with a brand new one which was really nice of him. His house is lovely with lots of space and privacy in a nice garden and porch that I liked to sit outside in the sun. Would highly recommend , and we will return when we can.

Amazing place in a quiet peaceful community very friendly people. Shelly was an amazing host even allowing us to extend our stay not hard to see why she’s booked she’s easily one of the best airbnb host I’ve had.

After multiple road trip stays, we always feel right at home here! The fenced in yard is great for our dog after long drives and Katy is always super friendly and responsive. Appreciate how clean and comfortable her home is every time.

My wife is very particular with cleanliness and comfort. She was very pleased with the house and was surprised that she said she will stay here again. This home was very comfortable and felt like a home away from home. Host was very accomodating and very responsive. Will be back for sure!

I was a little apprehensive renting a room in a condo but I was welcomed the moment I arrived and felt at home right away...host gives you your space but is also there if you need her. Only thing that was not perfect... is the bed was too firm for my sleeping preference.

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

Great spot! Easy to get in and out of, and we appreciated the owner’s flexibility.

We could truly feel the love and care in every detail of the house. Everything was perfectly maintained, with clear instructions that made our stay easy and comfortable. We felt completely at home. It was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely love to come back!
