Great place, and as described. Perfectly clean, neat, attractive and uncluttered. Well-provisioned with the expected basics plus many thoughtful additions (e.g. blender, electric fireplace, and tower fans). Very peaceful in and out, even though in an apartment complex. Close to a supermarket, and easy access to highway into Dayton. Hosts were very responsive, nice and helpful. Would definitely stay at this townhouse again!

Have stayed here before and would happily stay again. Great for 1 person or a couple. In a cute historic district that’s a short drive to some good Dayton eateries. Aspasia was very kind and went to turn the lights on when she found out my flight was delayed and I was coming in very late.

Loved the beach house. Came here to attend a horse show at world equestrian center. The location was so convenient, but the house itself was so tastefully and thoughtfully decorated, it was a relaxing pleasure to enjoy. The home is wonderfully stocked with everything you might need, recently updated. Very clean and very, very comfy. Would definitely stay here again. It’s on my favorite favorites list!

Terry’s place is wonderfully comfortable and inviting!! We instantly felt at home and relaxed! From the well appointed kitchen to the comfortable mattress and blow up mattress already ready for our daughter, Terry’s place was a perfect stop over on our trip East to PA!

Owner was extremely helpful and friendly. Home is just like pictures and looks newly renovated. During our stay people tended to the yard and maintenance was done in surrounding areas. The place was clean and provided necessary amenities. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to others. Thank you!

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

5⭐️ Idan’s place was very clean and in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood which is amazing for my little ones! Very easy to get in with provided picture instructions. My kids also loved that there were cheez-it’s provided when we arrived!They were also very helpful and communicative. We loved it here and will definitely be back!

Very beautiful and comfortable place to stay. All the room you need to stretch out and relax. The balcony overlooking the town was especially nice. If you're looking for a large space to spend a weekend, this is it.

The bed, pillows, and sheets were very comfortable. This is always a plus. This was a great place for us to stay for a college graduation weekend.
