Monthly Rentals in Montgomery, Calgary

I stayed in this 1-bedroom apartment for just under 7 weeks. It was comfortable and ideal for one person. There were good facilities, such as washing machine and dryer, oven, microwave and dishwasher, all reasonably easy to use. The location in the University District is excellent with nearby shops and bus connections. Also, I had access to the underground parking lot. I never actually met Sunny, but he always responded rapidly and helpfully to questions. The one disadvantage during my stay is the construction across the street, which didn't bother me too much as I spent most weekdays at work. It looked close to completion and shouldn't bother future guests. All in all, I am happy to award my stay 5 stars.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at Jeff's place. The space was clean, thoughtfully arranged, and provided all the comforts of home. Jeff was an excellent host.

Bob and Elena were super helpful and very friendly. The location was great, close to the Bow River and five minutes from U of Calgary, which is where we needed to be. Comfy beds and a terrific shower plus a well appointed kitchen with lots of amenities! Would highly recommend!

The house is very comfortable and modern. Well-styled and very clean. Very comfy beds. The location was also great, within walking distance of multiple large parks near the river and groceries are just a short walk down the hill. Parking out front was always very easy for our 2 vehicles. Tristan was a wonderful host and always very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended, would book again!
