Our family lives on the property (Our house is located at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are prohibited.

Classified as a historical monument, Pignan is a medieval village near Montpellier. You will stay in an old sheepfold dating from the 18th century with magnificent pointed arches. The walls were built with lime and Pignan stone. This is a large room of about 20 m2 designed for 2 people ideally. This atypical property is located on the ground floor of our house in a quiet pedestrian street in the city center and close to small shops.

Port Marianne, Air Conditioning, Garden and Garage

Peaceful haven with private garden and garage, air-conditioned apartment ideally located in the very popular district of Port Marianne, 10 minutes from the Comédie and 10 minutes' walk from the famous "Marché du Lez". The Bassin Jacques-Cœur, a few steps away, where life is good and the banks of the Lez offer pleasant walks or outings to the many bars and restaurants. All local shops are just a short walk from the house.
