Our stay at Andres' place was spectacular, it's ideal for families: - Very noteworthy location, it is a quiet neighborhood, safe, very nice to walk around the area. It also has an excellent gastronomic pole just a few blocks away. - The house is super well equipped, the kitchen has everything you need and more. And as a plus, for the children there are many toys, books and entertainment. - The cleanliness is very good, the house is impeccable. - Communication with Andrés was excellent, very fluid. He was always attentive to flexibly coordinate check-in and check-out times. It exceeded my expectations, I will definitely stay here again in my next stay in Montevideo.

The house is very clean and extremely comfortable! Veronica was very communicative. The place close to everything walking and close to the park Rodo which is beautiful.

We spent the most wonderful four months in this house. There were three adults and two cats — everyone was comfortable from day one. The house is spacious, well equipped, has mostly stable internet and everything you need for living in the early days. Everything you need in addition is easy to buy in one of the many stores nearby. We ordered the gas ourselves, the owner of the house, Jose, told us how to do it. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, there were always plenty of free parking spaces in front of the house. There has not been a single incident during the entire stay. Jose was always in touch, friendly, responsive and ready to help on any matter. Left with the warmest memories!

Valeria's apartment is fantastic! Very well located, we walked everywhere, to all the tourist attractions. We toured the entire neighborhood, walked the ramp and got lost in the wonder of the surrounding streets. About the apartment, a well thought out interior design, top quality bed and pillows, cozy spaces that make you feel warm. Good heating. We spent more than 1 month in the apartment doing daily life and it was perfect. An attractive space, highly recommended!

We loved this home. The place was spacious with big windows on a quiet street. The internet worked just fine, which I needed for work. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed (buses, grocery stores, beach, cafes, etc). We would definitely stay here again.

María was an excellent host who provided everything we needed for the trip. We had different arrival and departure times than the standard ones and she made it flexible so that everything would be okay. The accommodation is excellent for those looking for a quiet trip and a good environment for a barbecue. We liked it a lot!

We've been to Montevideo several times before, but this one was special. Walter and Eduardo's apartment is fantastic. I had no contact with Eduardo, but Walter, a gentleman, was wonderful. The apartment is in Punta Carretas, opposite the Rodó Park and Visual Arts Museum, with transportation to any place in the Uruguayan capital a few meters of walking. The charm of the dwelling is the possibility of having all the modern practices with an air of time travel, given the age of the property and also of the decoration, of extreme good taste, chosen by Walter and Eduardo. Go to Montevideo? Stay in this dwelling.

Great stay at Diego's! However, we were greeted by Gonzalo who did his best to make our arrival pleasant and comfortable. He listed places to visit and eat. The apartment is great with a beautiful terrace. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay in Nicolás' apartment, the place is well equipped and very comfortable, the location is excellent, close to several bars and restaurants, markets, and a short walk to the Parque Rodó. Easy to reach downtown (in a 20 minute walk we arrive at the Tristan Narvaja fair). The host was always very kind and attentive, concerned about our needs, proactively communicated and responded quickly. It's certainly a place we'll stay on a next visit to Montevideo.

Great location, supermarket and mall at the front, many restaurants in the area and close to the rambla. Pleasant owners, willing and ready to assist us in everything that was possible. Montevideo was a thankful surprise! We will return!

Both the accommodation and the treatment of its host, Martin, are excellent. The house is beautiful and is always in good condition. Martin was always available for whatever you needed. I can say that I would go back to this place without even thinking about it.

The house is beautiful! Much nicer in person is very big. The neighborhood is very quiet we charm! Cristian is excellent! We had a problem with the pool but I'll fix it right away! 100% recommended. We'll be back soon

Clarita's house is beautiful! It has everything you need for a really comfortable stay. It is fantastic for a family vacation, with a dedicated playroom, pool, and a backyard with a playhouse. The neighbourhood is very safe and peaceful. Clarita was super responsive and helpful, giving us great recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our stay at Max and Pao's house was simply wonderful. From the first moment they made us feel at home: welcoming, respectful and with an incredible willingness to help us with everything we needed. Their hospitality was that of true friends, always attentive and available. The house is a gem: comfortable, clean and perfect for resting or enjoying. They even went to see us compete in the CrossFit competition for which we traveled to Uruguay, and they were there when we went up to the podium. A gesture we will never forget! Definitely highly recommended for any guest who values an excellent experience and top-notch service!

Stunning, just like in the photos. Martin is very helpful. Neighborhood may look rough around the edges, but I stayed for a month and had zero problems, even coming back late at night. Location is convenient to lots of things. I recommend: Las Cabras cafe; Candy Bar (lunches; tapas menu in the evenings ); Macoco “books and coffee” out on Maldonado. I rented bikes several times from El Bici Club Uruguayo and rode on the Rambla, which is great and was recently profiled in the New York Times. El Callejón, a tango and flamenco bar, is very nearby. The best way to walk to the Old City is on Soriano. Within the Old City (Ciudad Vieja) a lot feels touristy but go directly to either Cafe Brasileiro or better yet, another lunch place, La Farmacia (they are quite close to each other). You won’t regret it.

There are beautiful houses for rent, but also the are beautiful house with soul for rent. And this house is absolutely the one having a soul. Every little detail inside and outside is made with love. You can feel how the owners take care of the property and do everything possible to make it cosy and bright! It’s a family house, perfect equipped with all the necessary appliance starting from lots of kitchen utilities till lots of toys for the kids. Super good mattress, we’ve been speeding as never before. Good hot water pressure, it was important for us. Fireplace, good internet, awesome terrace, barbecue, sunrise view... pure love!!! Heated floor and a/c is absolutely useful now in winter. At the beginning it was a bit cold but starting from the second day of our stay the temperature inside the house was set to very comfortable level. The territory of the complex is absolutely fantastic. Security 24/7, children playgroud, pool, gym, football camp and places to walk. We’ve spent amazing time in this house, really, we didn’t even want to go outside, so we invited our friends to visit us just for not to leave the house:) absolutely adorable place! Highly recommended to everybody! Thank you once again Martin and Maria for your warm welcoming and kindness to me and my family! Will be happy to come back ASAP! My first experience on Airbnb, I must admit that at first I was nervous about renting since we are two young women, but the host was super friendly and nice. We stayed 3 days and 2 nights, we were able to take our brothers to spend some time, obviously we asked about it before, we had a very nice time, the pool was divine, a lot of green space, the villa was excellent, we were given our space and privacy, the full kitchen was available, the stay was wonderful, and on the last day there were guests of the host who stayed all afternoon, (we were a little embarrassed to socialize with them, since we did not expect unknown people). I recommend going by vehicle, since the nearest store is a 5-minute drive away. Also, the stay was excellent, we would definitely go again.
