Monterosso al Mare vacation rentals

We had a wonderful time at Cinzia's apartment. It is perfectly located for touring the wonders of Cinque Terre. Cinzia was do kind. She met us, showed us to the apartment and helped us orientate ourselves. The apartment is lovely. It has a private terrace with great views and so much space. It is also just 3 minutes from a beautiful wine bar. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Monterosso. Feel very grateful to have found the apartment and met Cinzia.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location cannot be beat; 5 minute walk from the train station and the most amazing views. We visited all the villages in Cinque Terre and Monterosso was by far our favorite. The people, the restaurants, the laid back nature was exactly what we wanted. The train was not a bother at all; after the first night we didn't even hear it. The beds were both really comfortable, the bathroom was very large and the kitchen was the perfect size for us. I would say the couch was a bit uncomfortable but we didn't spend much time inside anyway. Fabrizio gave some great local recommendations as well and was very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this apartment.

I loved staying in Monterroso on the side where this rental was. It felt quaint. Place was small but had what we needed. Also enjoyed waking up to the Ocean view. She provided a small umbrella which was helpful. TV monitor was very small is my only minor Negative. You need to climb stairs but that was fine as it is common in this area.

We loved everything about this place! Maurizio provided helpful instructions before we arrived. His partner Oliver met us at check-in, helped us up the stairs, and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The place is as advertised with one of the best views in all of Cinque Terra. We stayed with our two boys (10 and 8) and found the space to be perfect for our needs. The interior is small (but you won't spend much time inside) and the stairs leading to the home are long (I'd only stay here if in relatively good shape) but the home is in great shape, clean, comfortable well furnished, and in a great location to enjoy Monterosso and Cinque Terra. Would book again!

Great location to get to the beach and center of town. The place is small but included everything we needed. A few things to note, the shower is very small for tall people and the place sits right above the train tracks, so you do hear the train during the night. Even though it is on the 4th floor, the elevator is nice for luggage and the walk to the restaurants/beach is very quick. Location is the selling point of this rental.

Federico is the most perfect host and we couldn't have asked for a better Place. The views are second to none and the grounds are so magical. We loved every minute we were here and had a hard time saying goodbye to this place. The amount of care that goes into Federico's house is very special. Will be back here many times I am sure

We had a lovely time! Strongly recommend Matilde’s place as a jumping off point for exploring Cinque Terre! We’d love to come back!
