We had a great stay. The garden and pool were beautiful. We were given fresh bread and pasta from our hosts which was very tasty!

The apartment is equipped with everything you need, which a fifty-five language student needs for 4 weeks. I cooked a lot myself, although many, great restaurants are available in the immediate vicinity (5-10 min. on foot). The grocery store is right around the corner. The language school is a 5-minute walk away. In the free time I was on the gravel bike a lot, so I was very happy about my own washing machine. Therefore, I can recommend the apartment 100%.

Small but very well equipped apartment, centrally located. Great solution for those who want to stay in an extraordinary village like Cortona.

Wow! Beautiful place! We have a wonderful pizza on the terrace and a great breakfast spread in the morning. The room was comfortable and very clean. The hosts were kind and welcoming. We can’t wait to go back. Totally worth the drive out there.

Alessandro was very helpful and kind. The accommodation as soon as you enter was tidy, clean and super fragrant. Well connected, by bus you can easily reach the center, but also on foot if you want to take a walk. Esselunga supermarket very close, and free parking nearby!

Maurizio and Sabrina were excellent hosts who went to great lengths to ensure our stay was as smooth and hassle-free as possible. They greeted us upon our check in to the place, providing us with everything we could need and more to fully relax as well as maximise our time in Florence, even providing a green binder of local recommendations/interest points among other items. The property itself was extremely well kept and cosy, while the surrounding neighbourhood was quiet with the city centre a mere 30 minute walk away or 10 minute bus ride. All in all, this was a great stay and find on AirBnB and we would highly recommend it to any looking to stay in Firenze.

We stayed in the app for 12 days. "Olive tree house" ! Due to technical problems in the Tangerine Tree House, Lyza left us the larger apartment in the same house for the same price. We enjoyed the olive tree house very much. Lyza has helped us very well with many tips (restaurants, beaches) and recommendations. Nice big terrace with great sea view. We always ate outside and enjoyed the atmosphere. Just disturb the many mosquitoes! Very good location. You can walk quickly and easily to the old town and to the beach. Parking was very good and easy. You can make beautiful excursions from here. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. Kitchen and amenities are very good. The bed is very good. The apartment (windows & doors) is equipped with good mosquito protection. The air conditioners in the bedroom and in the living room/kitchen are very good. We can absolutely recommend the apartment and would be happy to come back.

We regret not staying longer at Leonardo's. We loved his home and his unobstructed life. Leonardo's super hosting and availability. We felt at home and didn't want to leave.

What a hidden gem! It is exactly what you think of when it comes to an authentic Italian household! The pictures do not do it justice, the views are incredible! Every morning we were treated to a cloud inversion over the valley, it was jaw droppingly good! The food in the restaurant was top notch and reasonably priced also! The family are super friendly and would always greet us and go out of their way to have a conversation which made us feel really welcomed! The farm just down by the pool area is such a nice touch and the local dog Franchi is such a good boy too 😃 We would have loved to do the day trip with the family but we didn't have enough time as we were only there for 2 nigjt! We highly recommend staying here and would 100% go back in a heart beat!

Hugo is a very nice host. We went to a volleyball game in Perugia. This place is in an ideal location. It's close to the hall, it's very easy to get into the center with the minimetro, which is very close to the place. We'd love to come back anytime!

Very nice location, essential but functional. Great convenience to have the option to use the restaurant (with prior reservation). Suggestions for improvement, more equipment in the kitchen (cutlery, bottle opener were missing, nothing that couldn't be found after reporting), the bed pillows were quite uncomfortable. We'll be happy to come back

Perfect apartment in the middle of Siena, a stones throw away from everything you would like to see as a tourist. Great, helpful and communicative host who went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay and took the time to give personal tips. ❤️ A few things in the apartment description did not quite match – the apartment is not on the ground floor but on the first floor (it matters to us traveling with a stroller and had to fold up and carry it up the stairs), and the free parking refers to the free parking spaces that can be found around town. Those are small things in the context - overall we were super happy with both accommodation and host!

The accommodation is a small paradise of tranquility. No noise pollution. Wonderful view. Careful environment and a beautiful pool where you can relax and cool off. Antonella and her family are exquisite, kind, and extremely discreet people. strategic location to visit both the villages of Lake Trasimeno and to visit Perugia, Assisi and many other places. The nearby village is enchanting and you can shop for local products. For a more complex shopping just reach the lake village (Passignano) and you can find coop and Conad. the only thing that should be considered is that the area is totally devoid of a mobile network. The house is equipped with wifi, but as soon as you leave the house, even just to go to the pool, you have no way to access the network. For those like us who wanted to disconnect from everything, it was a no problem. If instead you needed to work or be available, it should be considered. overall for us it was a beautiful week of relaxation. It's worth it.

Chiara was a great host, and the apartment was a fantastic base for our trip. The location is perfect - so close to Florence but still has the peacefulness of the countryside. The apartment had everything we needed, was clean and tidy, and we felt at home. The property has beautiful gardens, the pool area was lovely too. Chiara was also kind enough to make a dinner reservation for us, and gave us some great recommendations. We loved our stay!

Nice scenary, quiet romantic Town, Nice small cafe beside the river. But what impress Me marco property I felt like Home right away. Secured electeric gate leaving Me no worries. Cannot recommend this Airbnb more. So beautiful and the most amazing hosts. We felt at home and enjoyed every second of our stay. You truly feel like you are living in a dream. The pool was clean and the perfect way to enjoy the scenery.

Tuscan retreat = THIS. Set in a lovely, quiet area with gorgeous views of the landscape. Easy to get to Arezzo and only 1 hour from Florence. So many amazing local restaurants and Vineyards. The property itself has a traditional vibe to it. The kitchen is not well equipped, so just bare that in mind! minimal pots, pans etc. But otherwise looks exactly like the photos.

We stayed in the Melissa apartment and it was great, very spacious and bigger than expected. The apartment is self-catering and has all that you need to cook and have a great time. There is no terrace for this apartment, but they are many areas around the property that allow for some outdoor time. The location was beautiful, amazing views, great swimming pool and an overall very relaxed place. The property is 15 mins away from San Gimignano and very close to the bigger towns/villages to visit. Having a car is a must. The staff, the welcome and overall communication was lovely and easy, I would definitely recommend staying here.

It was my second time at Il Tramonto (because you will love to come again). It has been a great stay, the perfect spot to visit the Chianti region, as well as rest (garden behind is a bliss) and discover tiny villages around. Laura and Sandra are very welcoming, communication is very easy. I recommend !

Stunning place. Loved the vineyard, olive trees and pool. Exactly what I was looking for in a Tuscan experience!!
