wir waren schon das 2. mal da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. alles ist bestens zu erreichen und die wohnung ist sehr sauber. wir waren 10 tage dort und der platz hat absolut gereicht. ein kleines, feines apartment zum wohlfühlen

Havre de paix dans baie magnifique. Hôte très accueillant et disponible, explications simples et claires. Photos et équipements données sur le site exactement conformes à la réalité. Vue du balcon superbe et apaisante sur la baie, avec couché de soleil garanti (1er étage du logement). Logement très propre, bien équipé et belle surface pour 4 personnes (1 chambre lit double avec sdb+ 1 chambre 2 lits simples avec sdb). 3 à 4 places de parking disponibles devant la maison. 1 minimarket à proximité, 1 restaurant -bar (sur réservation car très prisé). Petite plage à côté du restaurant, en béton-rochers dans baie peu profonde, à 20m du logement. Prévoir une voiture car logement à 15min-30min des points d'intérêts, mais idéalement placé car en retrait des foules. Très bonne adresse.

The apartment was perfect for a long stay in Budva. Right across the street is a mall with a well-stocked supermarket and pharmacy, there are plenty of other shops and cafes nearby, and an HDL hypermarket just up the street. The location on the top floor in the corner is ideal, the apartment gets plenty of sun and stays quiet. Nikola provided plenty of essentials like detergent, soap, etc. and was very easy to communicate with.

Wir waren direkt Hin&Weg von der Unterkunft. Sie ist super schön eingerichtet. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und wenn etwas gefehlt hat, haben Cherie und Ian sich direkt darum gekümmert, damit es uns an nichts fehlt. Das Bett ist unglaublich bequem und man genießt von dort aus einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf das Meer. Alles war sehr sauber und wir haben die Kuscheleinheiten der vierbeinigen Bewohner sehr genossen.🐶🐱 Cherie und Ian sind sehr wundervolle, aufgeschlossene und unfassbar hilfsbereite Menschen. Wir sind dankbar, dass wir unseren Urlaub in ihrem Paradies verbringen durften. Wir werden wieder kommen! 😊

Rui was a great host - very friendly and ready to help with any problems or recommendations. The house itself is quite new and modern, with excellent facilities. It’s only a 10 min walk from the Becici beach which is great. The weather was quite hot when we went, and we wanted additional fans and he was so kind to come and provide that for us. Overall, I’d recommend this place to anyone coming to Budva/ becici.

Koliko god se trudio, ne mogu naći ni najmanju zamerku, sve je bilo kako treba, od komunikacije do uslova u iznajmljenom stanu. Olakšavajuće instrukcije, sve čisto, kuhinja funkcionalna, topla voda, lako dostupno, na petnaestak minuta od mora itd. Najtoplije preporučujem!

We have just returned from a one week stay at Dijana & Malden’s apartment and we are already missing the beautiful view from their balcony. Everything is as shown in the pictures, and it’s beautifully furnished with a lot of attention to detail. We had good communication before and during our stay with clear instructions for arrival and good recommendations for restaurants ( most of which we tried!) It’s a short walk down to a beautiful promenade by the bay and the views are simply stunning. Keep walking right and you come to a lovely harbour where there has been a lot of investment. We hired a car to explore the area..(it’s a 20 min drive from the airport via the ferry that runs non stop at 4 euros). Drive the long way to Kotor with a trip to Perast both of which shouldn’t be missed. You can walk up to the top of the mountain at Kotor and have a birds eye view of the bay! A trip to Tivat is also worth it with some amazing super yachts. A great stay and we’d love to come back soon!

Bizi karşılayan ve anahtarı veren Mera samimi ve yardım severdi. Sorularımıza hızla cevap aldık. Evin konumu çok güzel, yürüyerek kısa zamanda sahile ve kale içine ulaştık. Budva sakin ve küçük bir yerleşim, yeme-içme için alternatif bulmak mümkün. Fotoğraflarda evden deniz görünüyor ama maalesef sahile yapılan büyük bina bunu engelliyor artık. Buna rağmen balkonda oturmak ve caddeyi, insanları izlemek keyifliydi. Ev büyük, temel mobilyalar ve bazı küçük ev aletleri bulunuyor. Su ısıtıcı var ancak kahve-çay yapmak için araç, malzeme vb. olmasını tercih ederdik. Biz Türk kahvesi pişirerek ve sallama çay satın alıp sorunu çözdük. 4-5 gün kalmak ve çevre şehirleri keşfetmek için kesinlikle tercih edebilirsiniz. Tekrar Budva'ya gelirsem kalmayı düşünüyorum. Not: Türkiye'ye döndüğümde bazı küçük eşyalarımı unuttuğumu fark ettim. Mera ile iletişime geçtim, çok ilgilendi. Teşekkür ediyorum.

I could not ask for a better apartment in Kotor. It was my first time visiting Montenegro, and the Old Town is beautiful. This apartment was in a perfect spot near the main gate entrance, and everything I wanted to see and do was accessible. The interior of the Airbnb was clean and comfortable. My host was always responsive and helpful. I think you should book this place.

Short but great stay. Spectacular view, spacious, clean, peaceful. Iva was a great host, we had smooth and friendly communication.

Overall a 5 star stay!! Perfect location, amenities are all there for a homely feel. The upstairs balcony is serene, fantastic roof top view and a lovely sun trap. Not to forget the lovely visitors (cats). We felt perfectly at home, the host is very responsive and allowed us to check in earlier.

İş seyahati nedeniyle 1 gece konakladım. Merkeze biraz uzak ancak Podgorica'da taksiler ucuz (şehir merkezinden daireye taksi 5 Euro tuttu). Temiz bir daireydi. 1 ya da 2 kişi için uygun ama 3 kişi imkansız. Tek eksik: banyo havlusu yoktu. Problem değil.

I unfortunately was not allowed to enter the country, the host was incredibly helpfull and communicative Would highly recommend staying here!

I stayed for the month of May and it was very suitable for me as I needed a place to rest and restore energy after having already toured a bit of Montenegro prior to my stay. I was able to focus on other things since it provided not only beautiful surroundings but a calm place to work and study. Keep in mind that the bus stop and grocery store is a 10-15 min walk away. I took this as an opportunity to appreciate the fresh air and have some additional exercise. It is also worth noting that the washing machine is shared and is at the bottom of the building. Finally, I would suggest this place for those who have a car especially if you want to use it as a base for touring or prefer a safe neighborhood environment outside the tourist areas. If you are not willing to walk without a car it may be difficult. Overall, I recommend. 😌

Прекрасная квартира: уютная и чистая с великолепным видом на море. Из каждого окна виден лес, что тоже очень приятно глазу. В самой квартире находиться одно удовольствие. Мы были на машине и в таком случае квартира в легкой доступности от Херцег-Нови и парома до другого берега. В дождь наша арендованная машина не смогла преодолеть последнюю горку до дома из-за лысой резины, в сухую погоду горки преодолеваются легко. Есть бесплатная парковка. Рядом есть супермаркет.

We loved our stay here - the apartment is in a quiet location up the hill from the sea. Geoff’s instructions helped us find it easily from Tivat Airport, where we’d hired a car. It has the most incredible view of the Bay which is probably one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited. We did a boat trip to the Blue Cave, submarine tunnels and Perast, took the Kotor cable car up the mountain, walked into Kotor a few times and generally enjoyed swimming in the sea, kayaking and paddle boarding. The only thing we weren’t keen on was the traffic so if you want to go anywhere, leave early and be prepared to queue! The little supermarket and bakery down the hill are great and there are several restaurants within a few minutes walk. We had a brilliant holiday, made easier by Geoff and Suzi’s helpful advice before and during our stay. Hope to return to Montenegro again!

Staying at Niksa’s stunning apartment was an absolutely fantastic experience. Whether you're visiting for work or relaxation, this place truly has it all. The apartment was immaculately clean, offering all the modern amenities you could possibly need: fast and reliable WiFi for streaming or video calls, powerful AC, and excellent water pressure. The kitchen is also fully stocked with every utensil, perfect if you enjoy cooking. One of the highlights for us was the lovely swimming pool—a perfect spot to unwind, read a book, or just soak up the sun. The location is equally impressive—a mere 5-minute walk to a convenient supermarket and just 10 minutes to the harbor, perfect for leisurely strolls. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and are already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommend. Thank you Niksa for all your kindness.

Couldn’t recommend Nick’s apartment enough. My best friends and I stayed here for a week and couldn’t believe how beautiful the view is. The existing photos do not do it justice, it is truly spectacular and the windows, French doors and balcony allow you to really enjoy it. Our stay was totally painless and we were even shown into the property on arrival to understand everything and make our stay super comfortable. The only point of consideration is if you’re driving from the airport to the property make sure you take main roads as Google may take you via the country hills and this is quite scary for the average driver!

Ernad ist ein sehr angenehmer und fröhlicher Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer und auf die Berge. Zudem hat die Wohnung alles was man braucht, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

Quite possibly the best AirBnB experience we've had. Natacha and Nady went over and above; always available, always helpful. The apartment is beautifully decorated and and had everything we needed. As for the view; the pictures don't do it justice. The walk down to the old town is short if you take the steps (just before the Budva sign); we used the taxi numbers provided by Nady and Natacha for our taxis back up (all cost <€5). My boyfriend worked for the first week without Internet issues. An all round brilliant place to stay.

This airbnb was perfect. We were met a the bus station by Mira and immediately felt her genuine concern for our happiness. The apartment has everything a family could want and we hated to leave after our month there. From the beautiful sunsets to the crystal clean pool everyday was exceptional. The kitchen had everything you could need and the AC was exceptional. We were even given a ride to the bus station for our departure. Tivat and Gorianas place are the perfect combination for an incredibly wonderful vacation and we will hold our time there in our hearts forever.

This is such a lovely area. And this apartment has been the perfect homebase for our adventures. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable.
