The 700 years old Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by our working vineyard and lovingly maintained gardens, is located in Chianti in Tuscany which is one of the most beautiful regions of Italy. Our guesthouse is located in one of the original garden pavilions of the villa. Ponte Vecchio Suite with balcony on Arno river

The suite is about 592 square feet with a wide living and a lovely balcony facing Arno River. It has an amazing view of the Ponte Vecchio as well as the Ponte Santa Trinita. The living room is open to a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a queen size bed and 2 closets. A large bathroom with 2 windows, double sinks and a walk-in shower, is connected with the bedroom. Wi-Fi and air conditioning system are provided.

The Stalla

The rural or "Colonica" house of the Podere di Belforte has ancient origins. Its roots are the history of the Villamagna hills, where it was built in the Middle Ages. The first records date back to 1200. The architectural structure, the various stone-cracks and the wooden lintels in the walls - brought back to view after the restoration - clarify its use as a Watchtower. In 1700, it was transformed into a farmhouse for agricultural use.
