5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

The apartment was stunning and historically beautiful, we were positively surprised when we arrived. Everywhere was clean and smelled good. The view from the windows is incredibly cool. One of the highlights of the trip was staying here.

What an incredible stay at this beautiful apartment! Pictures don’t do it justice. A true Tuscan paradise. Apartment is spotless. Beautiful touches everywhere and very spacious. The views are incredible. Great front and back porches to relax and take in the beauty. Mario and Nadia are wonderful hosts. Always responsive and a pleasure to interact with. Loved our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Alessio’s place was just as listed. A few things I’d like to mention to the next guest. It is a bit of a walk up to his place on cobblestone stone streets which made bringing luggage a bit difficult, it is a fairly long walk so if anyone in your group has trouble moving around consider that. We were not able to find a taxi to take us from the train station to the apartment. There is NO elevator and his place is on the fourth floor requiring lots of stairs which can be difficult after the hike to the apartment if anyone in your group has trouble walking. I LOVED the apartment, the layout and all the amenities. There are cute markets and patisseries. The coffee shop by the train station is a must to stop at for coffee and try their pistachio croissant.

We spent 2 weeks in Borgo Mocale It was a great stay. The place is peaceful, the views are stunning. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend it!

Apartment as described, very kind host and everything according to expectations

In a small group of friends we were looking for a little house in the woods like the one we found, we couldn't ask for better! Located within the park of the Casentino forests, in the middle of the woods and with direct accessibility to hiking trails. We felt right in the right place! Great hospitality, availability, courtesy of the hosts, great location for those who want to spend a few days immersed in nature, surrounded by wonderful landscapes that can be reached by walking (well equipped) directly from the door of the little house in the woods! It was a beautiful vacation and we will be back with pleasure in other seasons too!

Lorenzo is a very friendly and helpful host. A later check-in time than originally agreed was not a problem at all. Communication was always immediate. The apartment is very clean and well furnished with everything we needed. We felt comfortable and can recommend the apartment. The apartment is great for visiting Florence. Rufina train station is 5 minutes away and Santa Maria Novelle train station in Florence is 35 minutes away.

The host is very welcoming, the house is fully equipped, and the living room is very spacious. I had a pleasant stay for three days.

Amazing stay in Firenze with an absolute super host!! Superb location, we were able to walk everywhere from this central location. The apartment was spacious, spotless, furnished beautifully and the kitchen was even stocked with some snacks and coffee pods! We enjoyed wine on the terrace with amazing sunsets and stunning views of the Duomo. Grazie mille Pamela, you made our stay very comfortable and memorable - it was lovely to meet you and we look forward to staying at your lovely home next time we visit Florence ❤️

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in easy. Great location—close to everything we needed, but still quiet at night. No air conditioning but the ceiling fan and windows open did the trick. Very safe and family feel. They do not speak English but it didn't cause any problems.

Stunning location in the heart of Florence! Beautiful, spacious rooms with one-of-a-kind frescos and garden space. The hosts were kind and flexible: we would stay again in a heartbeat!! Grazie mille!

Everything was great. The only minor problem is a small broken wall was getting air from outside but we had different and several types of heaters like air conditioner and actual heater. Andrea was very nice and kind, nothing went wrong and we had everything like tables, knifes, spoons. It is exactly the type of place that we will stay again

Luca’s apartment overlooking the piazza was absolutely perfect! There were reviews about it being loud but honestly we were so tired every night from enjoying the beauty of Florence that I didn’t even notice any noise. The location couldn’t have been any better & it was a perfect space for my husband and I. Thank you Luca!!

Superb spot close to river. Bed is confortable. Yes, stairs could be a challenge for some only it is clearly stated. At the end of the day, it’s alright!

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

This property is beautiful, clean, convenient, full of modern amenities, and within walking distance of everything a tourist wants to see in Florence. It is nearly perfect in every way. The view of the Ponte Vecchio Bridge is world class. One note: it advertises that it has a hot tub, but it does not.

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!
