There is no way to accurately describe the views of the Tuscany countryside from this wonderful villa. The updating of the house left nothing to be desired. Indoor and outdoor amenities are perfect for a large group or family. It's a great home base, as it's centrally located. We took day trips to Assisi, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Monticchhiello, Pienza, Siena, and Orvieto. And so close to the hidden gem of Bagno Vignoni - don't skip it. Kathleen was one of the best hosts we have ever had. From recommendations and directions to introductions to chefs and wine tour guides. She was quickly responsive to all of our questions throughout the process. You will love everything about this place. We would definitely go back.

I honestly can't say enough positive things about this beautiful villa/property and the host (Andrea). It exceeded all expectations. The pictures are beautiful, but it truly doesn't do justice to the real thing. The villa is huge with 4 very spacious bedrooms / 3 full baths that provides tons of space. The living room is huge with an incredible view and so much other room (dining, sitting area, etc). The outside patio is unbelievable with a view to die for. Has a private garage for a car if you drive and washing machine. Kitchen is good size with full-size appliances if you choose to cook. Air conditioning in all rooms! Andrea was an exceptional host and extremely accommodating. He met us when we arrived and gave us a personal tour and also left us with a delicious bottle of wine! If you take a train to Chiusi (we did), you will have to get a taxi from the station to the villa (~10 minute drive). Chiusi historic center is a very easy 5-minute uphill walk from the villa. 5 *

What do you say about the most perfect place imaginable? When we booked it, we knew it was special from the pictures. But to be there. To feel its immense history, picturesque scenery, and thoughtful touches throughout. Well, it’s the stuff that makes life worth living. Brass tacks wise — there’s really everything you could ever need right there in the space or nearby. Valeria is amazing — so much fun, so kind. We cannot recommend her pasta making class enough. We’ve been on a two week trip and unanimously agreed: it was the best thing the entire time. Go to Al Baciamano and Seven Cafe. You will not regret it. Bruno and Anna own the former and are so kind and welcoming. She also owns a shop right across from the Airbnb with unique Italian goods. Seven is like going to a Michelin restaurant but completely unpretentious. The brothers who own it are so passionate about food and wine. It really shows. We are so grateful for this experience — it’s impossible not to love it here!

Oretta è un host favolosa,gentile e disponibile,la casa è molto bella, pulita e ordinata. Ci ha fatto trovare una bella scelta per la colazione e tutto il necessario per poter cucinare!Ci siamo sentiti come a casa!!

Wir (4 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) hatten einen tollen Sommerurlaub in Rudolfos Villa! Alles wie beschrieben, sehr ruhig, toller Pool, Tischtennis und auch sonst alles, was man so im Urlaub braucht. Ausflüge nach San Marino, Perugia und Assisi … alles herrlich, aber am tollsten war das Chillen im Garten! Rudolfo, sein Sohn und sein Team vor Ort waren super hilfsbereit! Extra Empfehlung: Pizzaabend mit Rita!

La nostra esperienza è stata fantastica! La casa è curata, pulita, molto spaziosa e rispecchia pienamente la descrizione. Il borgo è un vero gioiello, ideale per chi cerca tranquillità e autenticità. Gli host sono stati incredibilmente gentili, disponibili, amichevoli e premurosi, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Unica nota: oltre La Scarzuola, qualche cantina e i bellissimi borghi nei dintorni, non ci sono molte altre attività o attrazioni immediate, quindi è necessario spostarsi un po' per scoprire altri luoghi d’interesse. Consigliatissimo quindi per chi vuole rilassarsi e godersi la bellezza dei borghi!

A fantastic place to stay. Great location just a short drive away from the gorgeous Città Della Pieve. Her place has everything you’ll need to feel right at home. Incredible views as well. We had the most amazing stay at Molly‘s Airbnb! We were there with 4 people and each couple had their own little house. Everything was perfectly clean and exactly as described. The Pool was never crowded and also very clean and much bigger than expected! The communication with Molly and Francesco was very friendly and uncomplicated. Everything was perfect and even better than we expected! We would 100% recommend and hope to return someday! Thanks for everything!!
