The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by the anti-mosquito system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

Bright, spacious and comfortable, it is ideal for couples, friends and families with older children. Underfloor cooling and fans in the bedrooms help maintain a comfortable indoor climate during summer. Shops and restaurants are about 3 km away, so a car is recommended. For safety reasons the property is not suitable for younger children.
