What a wonderful family vacation the 5 of us had at Stefano's 14th century fully restored apartment. Modernized with all that you would need but still felt like you walked back in time. We spent 2 nights and the second night we took Stefano up on his offer to teach/cook with us in the apartment. A roaring fire, music, lots of wine and the 5 of us learned how to make homemade ravioli. Stefano supplied everything and it was such a fun and enjoyable evening and the food was AMAZING. The pastry/coffee shop was directly across from the front door so it made mornings very easy. We ended up arriving late because we wanted to see a few towns on our way and Stefano was so accommodating. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths gave our family of 5 (3 adult kids) plenty of space. There was a small garden but our weather didn't cooperate so we weren't able to use it. Arezzo is a slower pace than some of the other towns we visited but that's what we loved about it. Book it now!

Une maison incroyable face à la mer. La plage en bas! Aucun danger, facile avec des enfants. Une belle terrasse et un beau jardin. C’est vraiment un environnement sympa. Attention pour ceux qui veulent dormir… un peu bruyant (bar et musique jusqu’à tard le soir mais c’est le prix à payer pour avoir une si belle maison ) prévoir des boules quies, ce que nous avions anticipé ! Idem le matin il y a le bruit de ceux qui nettoient la plage. Mis à part cela, super accueil de Fabrizio et très belle station balnéaire avec de bons restaurants. Un endroit unique ! Je recommande et espère revenir un jour !

A highly recommended AirBnB destination in Pesaro, Italy! Il nostro soggiorno è stato decisamente soddisfacente. La casa di Cinzia è molto grande con delle camere ampie e comode e una cucina spaziosa e ben fornita. Lo spazio esterno è davvero bello peccato non averlo potuto sfruttare al massimo vista la stagione invernale. Cinzia e suo marito sono stati gentili e disponibili. Più che raccomandato.

Unser Aufenthalt im Apartment von Luca war traumhaft schön! Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet, geräumig und sauber. Sie entspricht zu 100% den Beschreibungen und liegt sehr ruhig! Innerhalb von 2 Minuten ist man am Strand und an Einkaufsläden, Restaurants, etc. Die Kommunikation mit Luca hat durchweg sehr gut funktioniert. Selbst abends ist er auf unsere Anliegen eingegangen und hat uns zu jeder Zeit weitergeholfen. Luca ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber, der es sehr wohl zu verstehen weiß, seinen Gästen wunderschöne Urlaubstage zu bereiten. Er ist freundlich, geduldig und super sympathisch. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!

Ми відпочивали в цьому помешканні 10 днів. Нам тут дуже сподобалось. Надзвичайно приємним бонусом є кондиціонер у кожній кімнаті. Валентина завжди була на зв'язку і готова допомогти. Помешкання просторе, дуже багато сучасної техніки. Також перевагою є те, що квартира розташована доволі близько від вокзалу і можна пішки дійти до поїзда.

Soggiornare da Laura è stato come sentirsi in famiglia. Accogliente, mi ha fornito sin dall'arrivo tutte le istruzioni della casa. Ha cercato di trovare una soluzione per tutte le mie richieste. La casa è spaziosa, e ci sono 2 bagni. Si nota che Laura ha una predisposizione a questo genere di attività ricettiva, che si tramanda da generazioni, dato che i genitori gestiscono degli alberghi sul mare e a poca distanza dall'appartamento. Mi ha anche dato la possibilità di avere prezzi agevolati qualora avessi voluto usufruire dei servizi dell'hotel (pranzi, cene, colazione, ...)

An incredible home, beautifully designed and restored. Rob and Illonka were both friendly, fun, and very caring for us. They came to help us when we had car trouble and always gave us fantastic recommendations for everything from parking lots to wonderful restaurants. The property is beautiful and so peaceful. There are plenty of towns and cities close by to visit, our favorites being Assisi, Gubbio, and Perugia. A car is a must, and this home has cylindrical stairs, so not good for anyone wobbly on their feet.

Siamo stati ospiti di Francesco e Pamida durante le festività Pasquali 2025, non posso che confermare le ottime recensioni, già durante la fase interlocutoria, che ha preceduto la prenotazione, hanno dato attenzione alle nostre necessità, fornendo risposte immediate e mettendoci sin da subito a nostro agio. Al nostro arrivo, concordato in base alle nostre esigenze d’orario, e preciso che era Pasqua, Francesco ci ha atteso nel viale antistante l’unità immobiliare, un gesto davvero apprezzato. L’appartamento si presenta molto bene, curato e pulito, è dotato di una zona giorno gradevole che all’occorrenza garantisce ulteriori 2 posti letto, le camere che sono 2 garantiscono 5 posti letto comodi, inoltre è dotato di una splendida ed ampia terrazza che dà sull’area pedonale, che permette di cenare in tranquillità ma anche di passare una serata tra amici in completa privacy. Sono disponibili tutti gli elettrodomestici, dal microonde alla lavatrice, Host oltre le aspettative

The apartment was new and in a great state. Internet worked really well (important if one needs to work from there) and so did all other apartment's facilities. Giacomo, the host, was always very attentive and responsive, helpful and courteous. Parking in the area is tricky, for residents as well as tourists, but there are options to explore.

Tutto ben organizzato e pulito. Informazioni chiare e come da descrizione. Unica nota sui parcheggi, la casa è in ztl e non si trovano parcheggi, bisogna andare di la dal fiume , pochi minuti a piedi, dove si trovano parcheggi a pagamento. Per la casa tutto ottimo e pienamente soddisfatti.

Simon's house and the views from it were amazing! The house was very nicely renovated and, since there were 3 of us staying, we appreciated having 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was nicely equipped and we prepared dinner there several times. We have stayed near Cagli before and so are familiar with the area, and the location of the house allowed us to easily take day trips to Urbino, Gubbio and up into the mountains all the way almost to the top of Monte Catria. We loved our stay at Simon's house and would happily return again the next time we are in the Cagli area.

Casa nuovissima, offre ogni tipo di comfort e servizio! A 2 minuti in macchina dal mare, veramente una splendida casa in una zona molto tranquilla. Alex ci è venuto incontro con l’orario del check in in quanto avevamo un bimbo piccolo e avevamo bisogno di entrare prima nell’alloggio, non è da tutti! Se si potesse darei 10 stelle! Grazie ancora!

Wir hatten dank Lorena einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt: Sowohl Strandnähe als auch nah am Stadtgeschehen. Mit dem dazugehörigen abgeschlossen Parkplatz haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut durchdacht. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce bel endroit. La ferme comporte plusieurs appartements avec chacun leur intimité. La piscine était très propre et chaude, il y avait de l’ombre à disposition et une douche et des toilettes juste à côté. L’appartement était comme sur les photos, il n’y avait pas de climatisation mais il faisait bien frais à l’intérieur la journée. Quelques jours avant notre arrivée, Isabella nous a envoyé toutes les informations nécessaires et c’est son frère Piero qui nous a très bien accueillis lors de notre arrivée. Le logement était très propre, la cuisine bien équipée et des linges de bain étaient fournis. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire et à voir dans les alentours, nous avons même eu des recommandations à disposition. Dans l’ensemble nous sommes vraiment contents et nous recommandons vivement cet établissement!

Erika è un'ottima padrona di casa, ci ha accolto come fossimo parenti e ci ha fatto trovare anche dei giochini per la nostra bimba. L'appartamento è grazioso e pulitissimo, ha al suo interno tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno rilassante e confortevole. La zona è perfetta per visitare il centro di Arezzo e i suoi mercatini natalizi ma al contempo tranquillissima e silenziosa.
