Vacation rentals in Montecito

Great place and very comfortable. Good A/C. Great security and it was helpful to have many food options and a Fresh market near by. Nice and quite place and was able to get a lot done. Only complaint, the hot tub in the community area is not warm. Which is not really in the control of the apartment owner. Overall a great place to stay if you need to be in Santa Ana.

Second time I've been there, I love that place, it's super, everything is wonderful and Don Luis is always very attentive, helpful and timely ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a great stay at Oscar’s home. We were two families with teenagers and the home accommodated all 9 of us very comfortably. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. It was great to have a pool and we found it nice to come back to the great views in the country after a busy day of site seeing. We would definitely recommend this spot to others.

The house is well stocked, and beautifully decorated . The location within punta Leona is also great. My only observation which is the pool is set between the room and the kitchen. Which is a beautiful setup , but with young children you have to keep a watchful eye at all times.

Absolutely incredible place to stay in San Jose! Great amenities close to a lot of restaurants & coffee shops. 10/10 recommend 💗💗💗

Great place to stay and look at the city lights

The area is amazing , the building is well ran , safe area , the hosts could not be more accommodating friends and professional ! Too good for the price !!

Wonderful stay! Very private location a bit off the beaten path. The home was comfortable and the gardens are gorgeous! Milton showed us around and taught us how to eat green mango. We felt very safe at his place. Loved getting local tips and info from him and his wife. Just felt like we were staying with family.

The stay was great, loved the fact that it was in a Dead End, so lots of peace. Enjoyed the pool & how cool it got with the ACs. One thing i would recommend, is to have a (small) office table in case someone needs WFH (remote). Everything else was good.
