È considerato un paese strategico, a pochi chilometri da Lugano e da numerose attrazioni turistiche (Splash&Spa, Lugano Lake, escursioni in Mountain Bike, Monte Tamaro, ecc). Vicino a molti servizi quali: supermercati, ristoranti, bar, bancomat, posta e farmacie. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono i principali mezzi pubblici (autobus e treno) e entrate autostradali.

Zwei 300-jährige Steinhäuser mit originalen Granitdächern — euer eigener kleiner Weiler, ein Steinwurf von Lavertezzo und der smaragdgrünen Verzasca entfernt. Hier ist sonst niemand. Direkt hinter den Häusern der Kastanienwald, gegenüber ein Wasserfall. Nachts hört man ausser Fluss und Grillen nichts. Beide Häuser zusammen; 300 m², insgesamt 5 Zimmer (davon 3 Schlafzimmer), 12 Schlafplätze, 2 Küchen, 2 Bäder, 2 Cheminées, 2 Terrassen und schattiger Garten — alles verbunden, alles für Euch.

L’alloggio è al pianoterra, con entrata separata, di una casa indipendente; posto auto per gli ospiti di fronte all’entrata. La casa è immersa nel verde con grande giardino. L'appartamento è un piccolo open space suddiviso in zona notte con un letto matrimoniale, zona giorno con cucina e un ampio bagno. Può ospitare solo due adulti. Distante 16 km dal lago di Lugano, 12 km da Bellinzona e 25 km da Locarno. Vicino c’è lo Splash & Spa Tamaro e il CMFG ARENA, centro polisportivo, a Sigirino.

Die Wohnung besitzt einen eigenen Eingang mit direktem Zugang in die offene Küche und Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und Aussicht zum See. Bei schönem Wetter verweilen unsere Gäste auf der Terrasse zum See oder genießen den Schatten im Innenhof. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Blick zum See. Cafes und Restaurants sind nebenan.

You arrive by boat. No road, no car, no traffic — just a red cottage on the water in a village that time forgot, and the boat is yours for the whole stay (no licence needed). Two bedrooms, a fireplace, a covered terrace over the lake, and a garden of old trees with a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ. Kayak and paddleboard included.
