Apartment vacation rentals in Montecchio Emilia

Great place. Convenient location, although a bit tricky to reach by car. We ended up parking 8 min away and carrying our luggage. Would be nice to know in advance how to reach the side road for unloading. The place itself is spacious and comfortable, even though it is very echo-y. Air conditioning works beautifully.

The accommodation is spacious and the area is very quiet. It is certainly convenient to have your own car inside the property in front of the door. Denis was precise and punctual in his communication. We had a great time.

The place is near highway. It was recently renovated. The availability of the parking space is a plus.

From start to finish, the experience was perfect. They were waiting for me the moment I walked into this beautiful cobblestone street where the apartment is located. They have a nice binder that has all the information that you will need to make your stay a blessing one. If you reach out, they will recommend the best way to plan to your activities. I came here for this amazing concert and I couldn’t be happier that I booked Paola’s place. This will be my go to place next time I am back In Parma, hopefully next year! Everything was perfect !!

Absolutely perfect stay! The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and in a fantastic location. Everything inside was brand new, thanks to a recent renovation, and the terrace offered an amazing view. Highly recommended!

Giovanni was super helpful for our stay! We needed parking and so he went out of his was to help out and offered us multiple options. Really enjoyed our stay in Parma it is a beauty city and his place is a great base to explore from!

We had such an amazing stay at Cristiana's apartment. I could not have asked for a more beautiful view, and the apartment was just the perfect size and had everything we needed. We are so glad we chose to stay in Corniglia, it was a bit quieter than the other towns, but was easy to get around to see all of the Cinque Terre by train. It was a very peaceful and relaxing setting. Plenty of restaurants, and things to do. The hiking trails are right outside the apartment, and they were spectacular! We can't wait to come back!

I wish I could rate this as six stars. Everything about the location, apartment and host was spectacular. The view of the hills and mountains in the distance were worth the drive. The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything we could want was provided. Mathieu is warm, friendly, and very helpful with his suggestions which were spot on.

Excellent location good vibe

Comfortable well placed apartment, within a reasonable walk to the city and with parking and a garage. Communications were prompt and very clear and helpful. The apartment is very well equipped and organised. It has an airy feel helped by the insect blinds, you do need to be able to walk upstairs.

A great house. super clean, bright and with all amenities. We slept well in the quiet beautiful area. The hosts are amazing. We were very busy with family activities so not so much time to do shopping. We got coffee and food from grandma. She also spoiled my daughter with treats. They were very flexible with late arrival. And the information was great. The surroundings are remote and really something for nature lovers. Thank you for the good care.

An oasis of peace and serenity away from chaos and noise. As soon as we arrived at Emilio's house, we felt like we had been catapulted into another era. Hay...green...horses...chickens and a nice bunny running around the farm...enjoying all this is priceless. Thank you Emilio for the serenity that your house has given us.

Absolutely fantastic. Amazing host! They were so kind and generous to our family. Firstly the met us when we arrived. Next we went into the apartment and they had thoughtfully left snacks and drinks for our kids. It was a surprise ! The apartment itself was enormous and gave us plenty of space to spread out. The location was a very short walk to the train station as well as excellent proximity to restaurants and shops. This was by far the nicest Airbnb we stayed at during our 2 week trip to France / Italy. Could not say enough things about an our hosts or the apartment.

Anna's place is spectacular and prob the best Airbnb we've stayed at - the views from the apartment are insane, the rooftop deck is huge and from my vantage point some of the best in all of Cinque Terre, not just Manarola. We ended up liking Manarola the best of all the towns and Anna did a great job communicating with us the entire time. A couple of notes - the first is that there is a way down to the water that doesn't require you going all the way back down Belvedere but using steps that are closer to the apartment. The second is that for a while I couldn't find the AC in the living room, but its in the ceiling right between the bedroom and the bathroom, you might have to walk over to it and point the remote at it to get it to turn on properly!

The perfect place to discover Parma. It is perfectly located to reach everything on foot and at the same time nice and quiet. A cute café right outside the front door - a few houses away a great trattoria. In addition, super nicely furnished - in the kitchen you will find everything you need to conjure up something at home (yes, at home😁). We felt very comfortable - for us there is now only one accommodation in Parma. :)

My husband and I stayed with Alice and her family on Valentine's weekend and we were pleasantly impressed by the customer's attention, he provided us with lots of solutions for activities and restaurants to eat. The studio was equipped with everything you need, studied in every detail as all the charming decor. In the fridge there were all the products of their farm that said one better than the other (yogurt, cream cotta and puddings and milk of the highest mountain quality). It is mandatory to visit their farm because it is really worth seeing the love and passion that the family puts in the activity and above all a special thank you goes to Paolo the owner and father of Alice who enchanted us during the visit to the farm. In other words, continue so that you can only have super happy guests and satisfied with everything you offer. Chicca the truly delicious and cozy spa to try absolutely

Absolutely beautiful apartment! You get an amazing view of both the town and of the ocean. The apartment is easy to find after watching the video. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Really enjoyed our morning cup of coffee overlooking the city and the ocean!

Beautiful apartment, a short distance from Parma, in a very quiet countryside area with private parking. The accommodation offers all the comforts and necessities for a comfortable stay. The host is friendly and available. Definitely recommended!

We highly recommend this flat! It was all we could ask for. Went there with our grown up children and loved every second. Especially appreciated the kind welcome and good communication since this was our first visit.

The apartment is kind of "cool" for couples to stay. There is so space for two that you would never think you can find in an city apartment in Italy. Two toilets and two showers, what a treat. There was only one issue, which you can fix with earplugs. The extra noise is not coming from the street or neighbours, but through the roof. The apartment is in top floor and there are pigeons and seagulls on the roof. They walk around the roof and communicate with each other very early in the morning, you can hear that very well. This happened on three mornings out of four we stayed there. Maybe it was nesting season or something. But as said, use earplugs if this happens during your stay. The apartment itself is 100%.
