5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

Before arriving, Stephano informed me in detail if we would get lost, and he also carried a heavy carrier. A welcoming wine gift warmed our heart on the table. He also gave us detailed instructions on how to get on the bus to Florence and the bus stop. He wanted to tell us anything. In the old farmhouse, everything is prepared like a house for family, not travelers. I took pictures of the fantastic sunset and scenery. When I go back to Seoul and get tired of my daily life, I think I will reminisce about this picture. And thank you for the gifts, Nicoletta.

Great flat to explore Cortona! Excellent location and had everything you need

We absolutely loved this apartment, it was spacious and spotless, with modern bathrooms and the most perfect “farmhouse” kitchen. The view from the apartment and infinity pool was breathtaking. It’s the best Airbnb we have stayed in!

Max’s place is beautiful like a dream. The accommodation is tastefully furnished with Tuscan charm. The interior is equipped with high quality cooking utensils and tablewares in the kitchen, comfortable bed, and sparkling clean bathroom. We enjoyed marveling at the beautiful wooden beam ceiling and terracotta tile floor. The exterior is elegant, well maintained, and exudes a pride in the care-taking of the property. Max and his wife Pamela were genuinely kind and helpful, and we enjoyed every interaction with them. It felt like talking with family. The location is convenient to explore central Tuscany. We made many day trips from Podere Il Belvedere su Cortona. Every time coming back to Max’s place felt like coming home!

We absolutely loved our stay and it exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the food was delicious and the apartment was a great size with all the amenities we needed. This house with the surrounding garden, nestled in a dreamlike landscape, is an absolute paradise. The garden is huge, beautifully landscaped and very well maintained. The views are stunning and we have daily hiking trips and bike tours directly from the house. The tranquility is unbelievable, you can usually only hear birds and when it gets dark the nightingale. The house itself leaves nothing to be desired. Extremely clean, including in the cabinets and drawers. Everything you need is there, but (despite very tasteful decoration) not overcrowded. Just right and everything very high quality. Super comfortable bed & sofa and beautiful bathroom. Veronica is an outstanding host and her mother (who welcomed us) is very sympathetic. We received gifts directly from the garden and Veronica is responsive and extremely courteous in communication. You can tell from the beginning to the end how much love is in this house.
