Barbara responded very promptly, and there are detailed instructions in the room about the surrounding supermarkets, restaurants, attractions, and maps.The house is very quiet, a five-minute walk from the Vatican, the ice cream shop next door is very delicious, a 6-minute walk to a breakfast shop that is cheap and delicious, and a few minutes walk to a large Carrefour that is open 24 hours.Very close to the subway station, a few stops to Plaza de España.

Clean place, perfect for two people. Antonio gave us some great recommendations for food, drinks, and even dessert, he even provided us with the information on which public transportation to take. Only slight inconvenience was that the locks on the doors are a bit old and got were difficult to unlock but he did help us out with that as well.

We appreciated how helpful and supportive Stella was with us. It was a nice stay close to the Vatican and good restaurants. In addition, close to the metro station which was very helpful since we wanted to go sightseeing around and metro was the easiest way to go anywhere. I would definitely recommend this place.

The place was not only beautifully decorated, but very clean and cozy. It was located in a quiet location which was a great contrast to the busy city life. Angelo is a great host – he was always available when I had any questions or needed advice. He was happy to recommend local restaurants and points of interest in the area, which greatly enriched my stay. His willingness and friendly attitude really pleased me. An added benefit was the great amenities of the place – from the fully equipped kitchen where I was able to make breakfast to a comfortable bed where I had slept like never before. Thank you for a great stay. I will definitely be happy to come back when I visit Rome.

A cozy place that was built with lots of passion and love. I had an amazing stay in Rome, had the pleasure of meeting Cristiana & Pietro who made sure I would feel at home, gave me a list of al the nicest not so touristy spots to see and eat at (as per my inquiry) and made sure I make the best of my holiday. ♥️

Buongiorno, Only beautiful things, whether it's the welcome, the setting, the house... It starts with communication with Massimiliano who responds quickly and is very accommodating, then a very nice welcome with him and his father. They are very kind and explain well in detail. This place is situated a little far from Rome central but has very reasonable bus/tram connections so getting there isn’t too difficult. The apartment was clean and well described. A comfy bed with an AC unit nearby which is needed as it does get quite hot at night. Our hosts, although we didn’t meet them until the end, were so helpful, communicative and generous. We are not wine drinkers but a bottle was left for us with a note. This would be a nice touch for those after a long day of travelling. Overall a very good experience

Close to everything in Trastevere and within walking distance of all the major sights. It felt like home and it was so comfortable. Look no further for an incredible stay!!

Very beautiful apartment with tastefull retro-furniture in nice, relaxed suburb with shops, restaurants and trees. Astonishing terrace, this makes it a wonderful relaxing area in bustling Rome. In the kitchen every is provided. The connections with public transport is too easy, it's all nearby. And the excellent spot-on assistance from Ilaria makes it all complete, you are lovely :-) A great location for exploring the city, wonderfull!!!

Perfect accommodation... well located a stone's throw from the metro... very easy to get around... Matteo was considerate with us and anxious to know if everything was going well. I recommend +++

We stayed here for 2 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. A cute safe comfortable neighborhood, with many places to walk to like cafes and restaurants. The Vatican was a 10 minute or less walk. Andrea was responsive and so helpful, and provided us with places to go nearby to help us during our stay. Couldn’t say more about this place we really loved it!

Maria Linda and Valerio’s Airbnb is a welcoming place to stay and made our trip special. The apartment has a relaxing atmosphere and provided everything we needed. Check-in and out was easy. When communicating with them they were helpful, friendly and wanted us to have a good time. What makes the place extra special is its location. Prati is immediately north of the Vatican (very easy to walk to.) Main tourist areas like Centro Storico, the Tridente and Monti are packed with people and can be overwhelming, especially in high-season. It was nice after a short walk or a Metro trip to see the sights to return to the quiet of the apartment and the area. Also the best meals we had were local recommendations Maria Linda and Valerio provided. The best gelato in Rome is not near the Trevi Fountain it’s a short stroll from their Airbnb apartment! A terrific place with great hosts. Definitely recommended.

Francesca’s apartment overlooking the Forum was memorable! The view is stunning- both during the day and at night. It is centrally located for visiting the top destinations in Rome. Francesca is very proactive in dealing with guests. She anticipated our needs and desires before we even had a chance to voice them. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Toiletries, coffee, condiments, hairdryer and iron in addition to lovely linens. She has thought of everything for her guests’ comfort. A first class experience!

We had a wonderful stay at this flat just a 10-minute walk from Vatican City. The location is incredibly safe and convenient for exploring Rome, especially the Vatican area. The apartment itself is spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed; neat, tidy, and equipped with all the amenities you could need. The shower is particularly excellent, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. Chiara is truly exceptional host; sweet, kind, and incredibly detail-oriented. She was always responsive and went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable, offering help with anything we needed and greeting us with genuine warmth. This is a fantastic flat that we wholeheartedly recommend, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or a more gracious host.

A beautiful, spacious, luxurious apartment in a fantastic area. This is the perfect base for a trip to Rome! Just 15 minutes walking distance to The Vatican and still located in such a peaceful residential area. There’s a super café just a few steps from the apartment with the friendliest of people who helped us with any queries. You could not meet better hosts; Elena, Fabrizio and her son were contactable immediately when we left our key inside 😬and came to our rescue promptly - a really lovely family who made us feel so welcome. The apartment is just amazing, in a fantastic unique building in the heart of Rome. Safe, comfortable and central, I recommend it highly!

Armando was an attentive and friendly host, he was attentive from the first moment and it was a pleasure to stay in the apartment. Very good local recommendations, quiet neighborhood and easily accessible by walking to the subway or bus to other parts of the center.

Daniela was a great host from the moment we arrived she was so helpful and friendly. The apartment is so nice and clean and felt just like home. She gave us so many recommendations to do and was super responsive all the time. Would love to stay in this place in my next visit to rome

Excellent location after long travels from US. Luca was exceptionally communicative and responsive even with us arriving very late from the airport. Loved the convenience of the bus and location of apartment. We were family of 4 with a senior grandparent and we all felt very comfortable. Beds were great, sheets soft and cozy and AC was cold. We really were only in unit for bed time. We will definitely look for staying at Lucas apartment next time in Rome.

Alberto's apartment is very well located and decorated with very good taste. Despite being very close to the Vatican, it is extremely quiet at night. Excellent bath and linens. I highly recommend it. I hope to come back one day.

Lovely apartment in a great area. Very easy to get to on the Metro from the main Rome train station. Mauro was brilliant, very responsive and there to help us check in despite us arriving quite late Fantastic all round

Had a great stay with Evi! My first time in Rome, I wasn't sure what to expect, I really enjoyed the city and my stay, I think the neighborhood had a lot of great options of restaurants and bars. If your into walking a lot of great walkable options, and also very near the bus stops and subway station. Evi is very responsive, and attentive to us during our stay!

Beautiful, modern and spotlessly clean apartment close to the Vatican, walkable in 10 mins and plenty of local buses. Daniela gave us a host of recommendations- we tried 3 of them and 100% agree they’re great places to eat - Mae for breakfast, Conviviale for dinner, both just across the road, and Mimi & Coco, hip and happening near Piazza Navone. So comfortable- we’d love to have stayed longer.

My family and I had a great stay! The apartment was clean, comfy, and felt like home. It was spacious and well-equipped, so everyone had their own spot to relax. The beds were super comfortable. Would definitely recommend!
